Valerie was very helpful. She explained all my insurance coverage to me. I had to make a claim for a replacement of my car windshield and she quickly had it organized while on the phone. Great friendly service!

Valerie Lopez is an amazing agent. She responds in seconds and even at night time which I didn't expect (and feel bad after sending her email thinking she would respond in the morning). She will be there for you whenever you have concerns or questions. I would never use any other insurance company as long as Valerie is with State Farm. She is a very hard working and as I mentioned, amazing agent.

I am moving from CA to CO next week and as you can imagine, the stress that comes with an out-of-state move can be a lot. I wanted to stick with State Farm and thankfully will be able to! Valerie was incredibly helpful, honest, and great with communication throughout the time as I asked lots of questions trying to understand everything related to my insurance in a different state. Thankful to continue my service with State Farm in CO!

I have been insured with State Farm through Katie Riley's office for about 4 years. Katie and the office staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My insurance costs went down and coverage went up when I switched from American Family.Fortunately, I haven't had any major claims so I can't speak to that process. I have had one claim after someone hit my car and did not leave a note. The process was easy, the damage was fixed and paid for with minimal inconvenience.
