My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to Jeno’s Auto service for over ten years. I took my 2014 Mercedes in for an oil change on Friday November 3rd. When I picked my vehicle up I spoke to the owner who basically fired me. First time I’ve ever been fired by my mechanic. ? The owner told me they were not an oil change shop but a mechanic shop. He asked if I had taken my vehicle to a different shop for spark plugs and I acknowledged that I had because they were $100.00 cheaper. He basically told me then that he didn’t want my kind (I guess maybe too frugal) to bring my vehicle back to Jeno’s ever again. It’s really amusing that a business owner would fire a customer over something like this. He asked me if I was upset about this, and I said no not at all because it’s good to know what sort of person I was patronizing for all of these years.

I took the Honda in for a routine maintenance and I thought the cost would be more than I anticipated. However, it wasn't, thanks to these folks at Jenos, they looked it over,and all is good. Gave some sound advice for the next service interval, and we're good to go. Thanks Jeno's

Ck engine lite staying on. Confirmed Solenoid failed. Replaced Solenoid, shredding Drive belt & Deflecting tensioner. Kris texted Estimate. They provided Loaner Car. Also, AAA free Winter Ck. Very pleased with overall professionalism, Kris, Steve & everyone else here @Jeno's. (Even the Bathroom was immaculate)!

The BEST SERVICE I have ever had! These folks are honest, fast, efficient, affordable and most importantly ,,, reliable! They just do things right!!! When you call them, you'll be greeted by Chris or Ashley who are so friendly, personal and understanding. John and Steve are great folks too and all their mechanics are certified so you won't be dealing with any "Craigslist" quality technicians!! I'll be a customer for life (or as long as they'll put up with me and family ;-)

I am a hospice nurse and I work weekends. My car had a major break down just before the weekend. With the nursing shortage, there usually is no one that can cover me. So it just means that another nurse will have to double shifts. Jeno's went way out of their way and they fixed my car before the weekend! I have always gotten excellent service and fair prices there, but this really sealed it for me. I will always be their customer!!

The car was due for the 100,000 maintenance and the battery light came on then several electrical issues occurred. It needed a new alternator. Jeno’s always does a good job at a fair price. We’ve been using them for several years.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Google referred me to Jeno's when I was looking for help with my Mini Cooper due to "check engine" light turning on. My regular mechanic diagnosed a problem with turbo and recommended taking it to a dealer. I called Jeno's, and Kris took the time to listen and understand the problem, kindly offering advice. I eventually took my car in for the turbo repair and the service was completed very promptly. Communications were excellent every step of the way thanks to Kris and Ashley, which I greatly appreciated!

Jeno's was great. The brakes went out on my car, and they were able to get them fixed at a decent cost, and much quicker than I anticipated. The communication was open and consistent, and each time I was in the shop, everyone was so friendly and awesome. This is the first time I have used Jeno's, and they will be my go to from now on!

Recently completed some work on my truck at Jeno’s. The customer service was great and the job was done well. They inspected the truck and went through all the work that needed done and gave me options of what needed done. Given the age of my vehicle, there was a lot that needed done but I felt no pressure to get all of the work done at one time. All in all, great experience. They treat their customers with priority.

I'm a longtime customer of Jeno's Auto Service, I was searching around for great auto service repair for a couple of years after moving to the area and finally found Jeno's through my AAA. They always provide top notch routine service on my Subaru Outback and I trust their maintenance & repair recommendations completely.
