I was very pleased with my service at Jeno's Auto Service. They took care of my oil change service, tire rotation, and wiper blades, and notified me with a detailed inspection, that one of my tires has a nail in it and of some other maintenance considerations. The inspection gave me peace of mind for an upcoming road trip. I also liked that much of the communication was via text and was easy to navigate. I wasn't able to pick up my car during business hours, so they locked my keys in an easy to use lockbox so I could retrieve them afterhours. Thank you Kris for your professionalism.

Jeno’s is a busy place so getting in took some patience, but once on the schedule they diagnosed and fixed quickly. They did a great job keeping me informed and pricing is better than many places in the area. I’m glad to have a reliable, skilled and fairly priced shop for my vehicles.

Honest and skilled mechanics. Every experience taking my cars here has been great. This past time I thought that we would have to replace all the brakes and rotors. They told me that only the rear brakes needed to be replaced saving me a few hundred dollars. “I'd say at least 30,000 miles remaining. I couldn't, in good conscience, recommend any work on front brakes at this time.” When was the last time a shop was honest?
