Got my hair highlighted here —Steph fixed it but there are some spots that were missed in the front ?. Over all the experience was good because the stylist was nice but there’s a few spots that look pretty bad in my hair which is why I gave less stars. Also, the ceiling within the business was falling in.

I checked online for their prices of a haircut and highlights. I knew what the top end and low end of the prices were going to be. I had shoulder length hair and wanted it cut short. After 4 HOURS, I was told the price was going to be $280. I am pissed. I did leave a review and asked for someone to contact me. No one did so I am leaving my review on here for others to beware. I will say the young lady that did it told me she has been doing hair for a long time. I liked her, she was very nice but it shouldn't of taken 4 hours for blond highlights and cutting my hair short.

I went to the JC Pennys hair salon and Antoinnette cut my hair it is absolutely wonderful and so wishy thank you so much Antoinnette

I received the best haircut I've had in 5 years yesterday from Antoinette! I've had a really hard time finding someone to cut my hair the way I want and she nailed it. I will definitely be going back!Service: Haircut

Amber is simply the best - cut, style, color, highlight...she does it all with care and perfection, and listens to you when you tell her what you are envisioning.

I found JC Penny Salon at Park Meadows about 10 years ago. JoAnn is my stylist extraordinaire. She keeps me up with the latest styles in cuts and color. I'm always pampered and I never over pay for my services. I highly recommend if you haven't been in, give them a try. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Don't get your hair colored here if you want them to ruin it and blame it on your hair. I asked for Balayage or ombré, and I was fine with either. Kristie Houseman ruined my hair. Made my hair streaky and nothing like the picture I showed her. Someone else is attempting to fix it.

I have had my hair cut and styled by Sarah. I really like the cut. She was very professional and friendly, and spent a lot of time making sure it was just right.

I shop frequently at JCP, but have never thought to try their salon. I checked it out for the first time today and left thinking it's the best-kept secret in town! Mimi was friendly, personable and did a fantastic and thorough job on my hair. You could tell making her customers happy is #1. And it worked-I couldn't be happier with my haircut and blow-out!!
