I came in today to return a necklace that wasn't mine and it was given to me after I left my necklace for it to be supposedly cleaned and polished. I explained to them the situation they brought 3 people down to look at the situation after moments later the lady tells me that it doesn't add up. I asked well what are you trying to say. She claims that she has been working there for 14 years and there has never been a mistake. Tries to BLAME ME that I brought in the wrong necklace that I might off gotten confused. Then states that her department wouldn't off given me that necklace because it would've came back "beautiful" and that the one I brought in was "dirty" I wore it about 2-3 times before I took it in. The reason why I didn't go in before was because I thought it was just in my head that it looked different but after I compared the pictures and looked closely to the pattern I knew that it wasn't my necklace. Moving forward, they say that nothing can be done because I signed the receipt. Why couldn't they start from there? Why did she had to blame it on me? After all that, she tells me that if I want to leave the necklace. Like what? Why? if there's nothing that can be done. You want to fuck me over twice and leave me with no necklace? Oh and to add on she finally says "you'll love this necklace". Um excuse me? I don't care about this necklace I want MY necklace . If I knew it was going to be like this I would've just cleaned it myself.

One of the ladies there called Pattie gave me and my mom really bad service both times we went there , just for speaking Spanish , second time i went to return some things and didn't even talked to me to see how i wanted my money refunded. We always go thru this experiences and it just really sucks.

The very worst example of customer service EVER! The manager is not truthful and after having my glasses re-made twice, they still were not right and had to be re-made again.The store is miles from my office and home, and I took off of work to get there within the posted hours and found a sign saying back at 11:00. I walked around the store until 11:00 only to find that the sign had been changed to say back at 11:15. There were 3 other customers waiting as well.There was absolutely no sense of urgency or help from the manager, and she pushed aside someone else that was trying to help and make sense of what had been done. She was giving me information that the manager obviously didn't want me to know.....Now after being back in the store on the 10th of July to get them re-made, I find that she didn't even order the re-make until 3 days laterI placed my order and paid in APRIL. Today is the 22nd of JULY!I am without glasses except for a very outdated prescription.I used JC Penney Optical because I could pay with my card and there was a 2 for 1 promotion. What a mistake....
