Honesty and integrity! The team detailing the car found a $20 bill and left it on the dash for me. They could have easily pocketed that money, but let me know they had found it. Excellent service and attention to detail. It's the best car wash around that I come to again and again.

Incredibly disappointed in the professionalism of this business. Prior to my most recent detailing service, I had been quite pleased with the car wash services I’ve received. When I picked up my car after a complete detail on 8/22/24, I noticed a new chip and crack spanning across the bottom half of my windshield. When I approached the detailing staff about the new crack, I was quickly told by multiple staff that even though the chip and crack occurred on their property, the crack was essentially my fault. The next morning I received a call from the manager, Alvero, who was also defensive, curt, and uncompassionate. He reiterated that despite the chip and crack occurring on their property and during their detailing services, they would not be taking responsibility. Since Jazz Car Wash will not be taking accountability, helping in the resolution of my newly cracked windshield, or act apologetically for this incidence, I asked how this company was going to take measures to help prevent this from happening to future customers. Alvero stated that he has seen this happen before and he cannot tell every customer that windshields can crack as a result of water, heat, and sitting in the sun and that it is the responsibility of the customer to get things fixed on their own cars. Proceed with caution when working with this company; if anything were to go wrong, they will shift the blame onto you and avoid addressing the issue in a fair, ethical, or courteous manner.

I have a 10 year old Rav-4. My wife wanted the inside to be detailed but I didn’t, but agreed to try it. I thought it was expensive & not worth it but I was wrong. It was cleaned everywhere & came out looking like a new car! The detailing folks were so proud of their work that they we eager to show it off to me. Jazz did a wonderful job, well worth the cost!

Quick service but didn’t do the best of a job. I got a complete wash where a girl and a guy cleaned my car. The side the guy did was pretty well done and mostly clean, but the other side the girl did wasn’t so much. She left cleaning solution on the inside of my doors, and the windshield was not wiped very well. I had to take a rag to the inside when I got home to clean up after the missed spots. They also missed some basic areas around my steering wheel and solution residue on the console. Whatever they use to clean is sticky, you can tell when you walk into the building the floors are sticky and my brake pedal was sticky for a few days. I had to take a warm wash cloth to it. I wish they would do better at making it good, not just ok. I’m not sure I would let them clean the inside of my car for that reason again but the outside looked good.

Guy on right side of car pretty good but didn’t really clean rear window very good. Guy on left side was holding vac and just holding it. doing nothing. Guy on right used air hose as you should around mirror and other places that leaks water when you drive away. Guy on left didn’t he sprayed tires but did nothing to rims. 22$ wash doesn’t get tires done pre attendant at beginning so I went for 33$ wash. Ok but not what you should get for 33$ was in far left lane.

HUGE Shout out to the Jazz Car Wash team especially want to highlight Alvaro and Christine! Not only do they do an Amazing job every time (interior and exterior) they also helped give back to our community! I am with Dawg Nation Hockey Foundation (local charity helping hockey families in need) and have been coming to Jazz since 2018. I have never asked for anything until this summer we were looking for a give away donation for our auction at one of our events. Alvaro and Christine without hesitation stepped up and donated a VERY generous gift card for our silent auction. The gift card was purchased at a much higher value and the money went to some very special recipients in need of financial assistance for injury and illness. THANK YOU JAZZ CAR WASH AND THANK YOU ALVARO AND CHRISTINE!! Highly recommend this place - they make you feel like family not just another car coming through!

The signs and website stated 27 for a better wash. The clerk charged me 33 and said that the prices went up but the website and signs haven’t been updated. Seems a little odd and backwards. You should probably fix that to avoid confusing customers and for full transparency. Just lost a long time customer.

Perfect everytime. If the missed something I ask them nicely to clean it and with smiles they do. This is by far the beat car wash in town. All employees very friendly and hard working. As far as language barrier. I learn to speech Spanish years ago because I could see the trend and knew it would be helpful. Every employee is kind, friendly, considerate and hard working. ☆☆☆☆☆☆ six stars

Fantastic!!! had headlight restoration done and wheels and tires polished! Great prices and they went over and above what I pay them to do by treating all the black plastic on my truck !
Oh, and the headlights look brand new !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going to Jazz Car Wash for many years and have gotten to know a lot of the workers there. Not only is the quality of the car wash one of the best but the workers always smile and happy to help. If you have not tried it yet, I would highly recommend that you do!! I will not ever go anywhere else and their monthly wash program is one of the best deals you can get!!

Wasn’t thrilled with the job done on my most recent “Best Wash”. I also opted for the extra cleaned seats package as well. Lots of crumbs and things missed by the vacuums, dash wasn’t completely wiped down, etc. This was very unlike the jobs I’ve had done by them in the past.
I will note: there’s usually 3-4 people who tackle the vehicles at a time, I noticed that only 1 person was working on my truck.
