NOTE ABOUT ATM JAMMED THEY CONFIRMED ON THERE END BUT WHERE IS MY MONEY? So as of right now this is my rating. My wife deposited $553 into the ATM it gave back her card with NO receipt of the money and r money never went too our account. My wife obviously has called and went down there. I decided too just go down there when I asked for the manager he laughed from afar more likely knowing why I was there. MY biggest concern with how he handled the conversation was he was more annoyed by OUR concern of OUR money which is $553 that they lost. I feel like he was decent but not as understanding of a customer being told we don’t know but are investigating. I plan on never using this location again and if I don’t get my $553 I will ask for my own investigation myself. I told them I have a bill that now don’t get paid until I receive my money. The manager was okay but definitely showed he was annoyed like really you’re ATM took from me and my family so I wonder how this place is going too make it right. When a customer banks with u and deposits $553 or something like that in the bank and your system messes up I feel u should all as a location have a better understanding NOT get annoyed with a customer because they want answers especially with this messed up economy. Anyway no need too care about my opinion just note don’t use there ATM or have a loss of money there they will get annoyed with u pretty fast when it’s there janky systems fault.

This bank would get ZERO stars if it were possible. I tried to mobile deposit a Western Union check, not a money order and it declined the mobile deposit and told me I had to go to a teller or ATM to deposit, which I did. They then put a SIX DAY HOLD on it, what the hell, what are they, stuck in 1970? As soon as the HOLD is removed, I closing this account. I also heard from customers who banked with TCF, and who Huntington bought, that they truly deserve NO stars.
