The staff is very racist, I bought things on sale and they checked it as if I had a labeling machine and I put the prices on things, the girl who served me did not want me to take my things until the receipt came out of the printer although I had already passed the payment and seriously I check the merchandise as if I had set the prices, if they do not want to sell things on sale why will they label them like that and the manager was also very racist, he ripped the label off a product that was marked and gave me the previous price, The truth is that they are very racist there, they should train the staff better because they didn't even give me an explanation of their way of charging for things and I didn't want to confront those types of people either.

Great place for home goods. I needed to replace a pot. I was able to do so affordably. I got lots of ideas for my bedroom remodel.

the store has its good days and it's bad days. me and my grandma were shopping here looking for a few things and it was time to close actually but my grandma has bad hearing and she wasn't paying attention to to the announcers ehen they said that the store was now closed and when I walked over to my grandma the manager went over to my grandma and grabbed her stuff that she was going to buy and told her to take her stuff up now and she said it in a rudish tone but I ignored it and she grabbed my grandma by the arm which was unnecessary and literally pushed her ahead and it was also very unnecessary and my grandma got pissed and was done so we quickly left. We understand the store was closed and we were as quick as we could but it was not in the managers place to lay a finger on my grandma or give her dirty looks in the checkout

To Lauren R hi babes don’t work here if you don’t like your job or can’t handle simple customer servicing because it’s really not that hard to be nice :) snickering about me to your other coworker(multiple times) and calling me a B word thinking I didn’t hear when I was nothing but nice! and sorry if I stayed a couple minutes later than closing like everyone else (at least 15 different people were under the impression that you guys were opened late for the holidays since it clearly states it online but nice try lying saying that it’s the “wrong location” I use to have this store at a 5 star review but not anymore because of lauren do better lauren!!! Be nicer like your boss :)

Rude staff. Today, one of the employees had a meltdown while arranging picture frames, even kicking things (?) When I got a little closer to check a frame, she was extremely rude to me. If she needed the whole aisle to herself, she could have just closed it off instead of acting so unprofessionally.

I went here and brought a comforter and they didn't take the security tag off. It was for my college dorm so I didn't even begin unpacking it. I put it in my closet until it was ready to be packed. I realized they didn't take the tag off so I went and asked politely for them to remove it, they proceeded to accuse me of stealing. I told them "check the security cameras I walked in with the item" they then took about 10 minutes discussing among themselves. At the end they said they would take it off but warned me that I was going on a security watch list and I was gonna be labeled as a suspicious person. Are u fr?

Tj Maxx prices aren’t even a deal anymore. I always end up walking out because the line is so long, you better have an extra hour to waste because it’s going to take that long just to check out 🤷♀️

This is my best to-go store for all occasions. I just love the variety of what they offer there, customer service and friendliness of staff. I don't even want to think about how much money I spent here over the years (the hint - a lot!). :)
