I've loved everything about this apartment and the experience they've given. i had a couple maintenance requests shortly after move in and they sent out multiple guys to work on different issues. I haven't seen good maintenance response like that in a while! it's refreshing. also, i was having major issues with parking since i work late into the day, but ashley reached out to me and discussed in great detail what their plans are to resolve the parking issues and personally resolved my parking issues. she made sure i would always have a space to park after coming home from a night shift. thank you ashley!:) you guys are much appreciated!!

Loved living here, hated leaving here.
We lived here 3 years, were model tenants, and had to break lease because I got a new job out-of-state. Lease break fee was 1.5 months of rent. Then after we moved out, we were slapped with nearly 500 dollars in repair and cleaning fees. Our pet deposit was $200 which should have covered repairs caused by our dog, but Greystar "has no record" of this being paid. They also denied our move-in papers had mention of any of the mold around the walls at the shower, which we were told to spray with bleach. Management has denied our many repair requests for track lights in the kitchen, which broke frequently, and are blaming us for neglect.
We also had an expensive package stolen by a resident in the locked mailroom. They don't have cameras in the package area, and there was no record of which tenant had which # key fob, so they were entirely unhelpful with the Police.
Loved the pool, great gym, but if you ever try to move out they will nickel-and-dime you to milk whatever they want out of you.

Amy and the other office staff are sweet and helpful. I would say if you’re sensitive to noise get a top floor. Besides that, the maintenance team is amazing and the office staff are pretty on top of any problems they see/hear.

Lauren and the Entire Staff at HiLine at Littleton Commons Apartments are Very Friendly, Professional and Always have a Welcoming Smile. Thank you for making our stay here pleasurable. You guys are doing a Great Job. The complex is also Very Clean with a State of the Art Gym and Swimming pool and recreational room as well. A special to thank you to Lauren, Ashley, Jenn and Amy. You Guys Rock!

You will love living here. Ashley, Jenn, Amy and Lauren, are truly so welcoming. From day one they have truly met and exceeded my expectations. Yesterday we had a taco ? bar and margaritas for the people that live in this community. The food and margaritas was fantastic but having this fabulous team celebrating the residents was the best part. You will NEVER find a better office team anywhere! Come check this place out, you won’t be disappointed. While you are looking at the pool area, so much fun and so beautiful! Kirk Stone

Recently moved in to HiLine at Littleton Commons and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jenn was super kind and helpful, made the moving process super easy and stress free. Love the apartment and all of the amenities.

The area is pretty quiet, and everyone is really nice. The leasing office staff is helpful when resolving issues, and the facilities guys respond to requests quickly.

Update : Greystar as a management company is so terrible and does any small thing they can to gauge as much money as they can from you. Look up their reviews as well before leasing here.Do not lease here , save your time and money! The staff at the leasing office is extremely confrontational and need more training when it comes to handling issues. I have been hung up on , given the run around , had my phone calls declined and more. The parking is terrible, 1 tenant has multiple cars and the parking is set up to have 1 car per apartment, if you don’t get home at 3-4pm good luck finding a spot by your apt. My washer has been broken for over 2 months , the service ticket was closed out by one of the ladies in the office , when I went in to get an update she said she had no record of an open service ticket and would have to ‘talk to the other girl about closing out tickets’. I had to pull up the receipts from my email to even prove that I had opened a ticket online because she didn’t believe me. At first it was an electrical issue , they then tried to say it was my fault for using too much soap when doing laundry , then came back with it’s an electrical issue and they’ll be out at the end of the week to fix. I move out in January and I am convinced it won’t be fixed before then. I have not received at least 3 packages since being here and had to reach out through Amazon to get a refund and/or my packages resent out again. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone and everything. It is incredibly frustrating to give so much money to a complex/company to get nothing in return from them. Save your money , time and frustration and just rent somewhere else.

My refrigerator was having problems staying cold. Amy and the management team were very helpful to get a new refrigerator for me.I also had two other minor service requests, light bulbs and a constant running toilet that were fixed immediately. I can tell they really care to help and they are really nice.They also have garages, I would recommend trying to get one so you can keep the snow off the old car. Also, the application process was pretty quick and easy and the communication is great.I’ve read some of the negative reviews on here, some people just can’t be happy. If you are a normal person you will like living here ?

Lauren has been huge help with everything! Recently had a roommate leave on short notice and she was very helpful not only during this time, but through my whole lease! Big shout out the the leasing office!

This is an amazing place to live. From fantastic customer experience with Ashley, Jenn and the office staff to a top notch maintenance staff that have handled every work order I have ever had. This is a great place to live. The pool and amenities are always well kept and there is never an issue with trash. The staff really makes my living experience a great one. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and beautiful Hiline is definitely the place for you.
