Our car had to go into the shop and the kind folks at hertz quickly helped us find a similar sized vehicle and had it ready to go when we arrived. It was quick easy process and the staff was friendly.

I booked online in the morning and went to pick up the car at 2pm. The lady told me that they had not even looked at the system, so probably there was no car ready right away (but to her surprise she later realized there was a cancellation). Also, she was not super friendly. When I returned the car I asked for a rude home (advertised for HLE locations) but she said the driver is not available that day. When I asked whether I should count on it for next time she said no as they do not really offer the service (unlike what is advertised). I ended up waiting for 30min for my ride to come and saw how lazy both of the employees were. No wonder they did not even check what reservations were made the day I rented the car.

This is absolutely the worst location I have ever encountered. The "manager trainee" Antonio is rude, short and just a miserable person. We rented an electric vehicle with a quoted 250 mile range that would only get about 150 miles. His response was it's my fault for renting a cheaper EV, and I can pay $30 more per day for "an upgrade" to rent a gas vehicle instead if I want.. so now unless I pay double what I was quoted, I am stuck with a vehicle that doesn't have sufficient mileage for me to travel for work while my vehicle is in the shop. Forget about the fact that I am a Hertz Platinum member which has proven to be a joke.. but that's another story. That was not recognized by the location at all.

Rented for the holidays and they were great!!! Stayed until close to closing time for us and were very easy to deal with. Kind, quick, got us the car we wanted. Car ran great, easy in, easy out! East drop off! Will definitely rent here again!! Charges were what they said they would be. 100% impressed. Thanks, guys, you made our holidays better!

Went to rent a car that said was there online. They told me they didn’t have the car (Tesla) and was told they could get me a different car I wasn’t very interested in… so I told them I’ll try the other company down the road. After I went outside I proceeded to look up directions and a guy who just rented a EV car from there, pulled up and told me the guy lied to my face because the guy just turned down the Tesla that I was I treated in renting. Regardless I rented a Tesla online from the other location, showed up and also didn’t have the car and was told the site doesn’t get updated. Staff was nice at other place but payed the same with (in my opinion) a downgrade…

I enjoy the tremendous hospitality at the store on 4900 S Broadway. Helpful, have the vehicle I requested and are thorough when e xplaining what to expect if changes are made. So on my re tal agreement t it e plains that I can extend the rental at the rate at which I first re need the vehicle. Justin was quick to inform me that although that is true I should notify the company ahead of time. Which I did on Friday 4 times to 4vpeople and once in person. When I returned the vehicle on Monday I had already had my vehicle shut off and been called and arranged to bmnot be arrested. Instead I agreed to pay another day whi h was still 50$ less than the deposit.That's correct I still had a deposit down with over 2 days of rental charges on my balance. Hertz definitely billed it because I was charged 60 dollars extra for agreeing to pay 15 dollars a day for all for days I rented the car if I returned it on the following day. Because Hedtz a car company y is only open Monday through Friday 7-5 with no drop box whith is effectively a small slot in the wall with your number on the keys. So I paid for 4 days not 2.

The best place for rent a car in USA.I already rent for a couple times, and its all easy and effective. The car are clean, comfortable, good machine, everything is great. I made a mistake and their help me easily, Thank you so much for your help, I will never forget about it in my life. Thank you so much, Love Hertz ❤️

Worst rental car experience. Started with a call to cancel our reservation at the last minute (which I did miss and showed up at the location). Said they didn't have cars, but promptly had one for the next customer who walked in, so none for me I guess. After an hour they put me in a smaller car than I had reserved (no discount or price change or cleaning). Car broke down outside my house 15 minutes later. They towed but days later couldn't verify or locate the car keeping me waiting for 5 day for a refund.Got a call from their "recovery" team saying I needed to return my car. Finally had to return to the location and tell the location staff who to call and how to get this disaster of a rental closed out. No sorry or offer to help in any way just an "oh well" from Hertz.

Worst experience ever. Get a call the night before pickup to tell me they don’t have any car for my reservation, let alone the car I reserved. Then they tell me I have to call customer service to cancel my reservation.

Uber gave me a voucher to go all the way to Littleton office. Get there and find out they don’t even have the EV care I wanted or reserved with credit card as well. Then since I’m still orientation could not get it anyway if it was available. Total waste but saved me money and will not come back. If I had known they did not have the car I would not have taken an Uber to this place.

Great experience. Everyone I interacted with from start to finish was friendly, helpful and some were just fun. It was also the best vehicle I've ever rented for the price range. Will use them again!

Just got a very rude "courtesy" call from these people saying they've cancelled my reservation.I'm supposed to pick up this car in a few hours, but there was smaller than pea sized hail last night so they're using it as excuse to cancel and make more money from last minute renters. (Look at the reviews, I'm not the first person this happened to.)Even if it hails and cars are damaged, they should have done something for me. Found me another car, or from another location, even another company, or at least offered some kind of credit for next time.Instead it was just a rude call a couple hours before pickup telling me to pound sand.This may look like the best deal in town, but don't expect your car to actually be there if they decide they can make more money from someone else.Hopefully Hertz corporate can fix this for me, but either way, rent from this location at your own risk.
