Went to Helzberg Diamonds to buy a gold chain for our son’s graduation. We were met by Jayda. Don’t let her young age fool you. She was extremely knowledgeable, able to tell us differences between hollow, semi-hollow and solid gold chains. She listened to what we were looking for and had multiple suggestions. She clearly articulated the differences in the chains and the current fashion trends. We found a perfect chain for our son. She was excellent!

The master jeweler at southwest plaza mall is very talented! I have a solitaire and a chevron band that naturally did not want to sit close together. He worked hard to make the two bands fit, and restored the set to look new! I am in love with my “new rings!”
The best salesman ever is named Michael! He followed the repair of my rings from start to finish, making sure it was perfect! And it was! Thank you!

After transferring from my previous location that I used to go to, I was rejoined with the original people that helped me. Since then, Sarah H has taken care of my wife and I on our jewelry adventures and I will continue to return to this location as long as possible. They are excellent in handling any issues and provide nothing but the best top notch quality service. Thanks to Michael, I had a wonderful experience from the time I stepped foot in the store until I picked up my finished piece. I came in for a simple, thin wedding ring which is all I can wear due to my job. Michael shared he has a family member who has my same job so he understood my needs. He was personable, friendly and made me feel respected even though I wasn’t shopping for a large stone or a more expensive piece.I required the ring be sized down and the turn around time was less than a week, to my amazement! The ring is beautiful, comfortable and fits perfectly. Everyone present at this location was kind to me and I felt comfortable shopping here. I will be returning for any future jewelry needs!
