“This place is always amazing, so helpful and will help you solve problems like big box stores won’t. In the last 2 days, I had the best experience preparing a hitch cargo rack for my move to AK. Bryce and Brett went above and beyond helping me solve several problems. They were so willing, capable and friendly. I felt like they were my brothers or cousins helping me with my hitch system in the ACE parking lot. Please give these guys a raise! Awesome experience. :)”
“LOVE this Ace Hardware! Very clean, neat and organized. GREAT staff (especially Paul - he was very helpful and knowledgable). I frequently choose ACE over the big box stores because I like the staff attention - they are very willing to help. I also like the nostalgia of ACE being the place for the helpful hardware person. There are times I cannot find the right screws for the job at the other places, but I am almost always able to find what I need at ACE. Truly find the Post Office in the store unique and extremely convenient for me when I do not want to trek to the Littleton Main or the Highlands Ranch Main USPS. The only thing they could do better? BIGGER bags of complimentary popcorn! ;-)”

A member of the team at Ace (sorry I didn't catch his name, he is a tall gentleman with white hair) helped me find the piece & made some adjustments to it so it would properly fit the picture frame I was trying to fix. You won't find service & knowledge like that at those big stores. Thank you!”
“Nate (AHA or NJD) helped me out when the experts at the big box store couldn’t find a solution to my problem (needed to get the drain pipe as short as possible to fit an IKEA vanity) They actually referred me to this store. Nate’s solution worked! I needed a tool that I was intimidated to use but he reassured me that it will be ok. With the tool and the part he suggested, I was able to fit my new vanity perfectly! Thank you Nate! :)”
“The paint department at this Lowe's is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I needed to match some old paint and Katrina (I think that was her name) was so helpful and kind. She was also very sweet to my puppy who was in Lowe's for the first time and was acting kinda crazy haha. I have asked other associates in this store's paint department for help on my fixer-upper and I have received solid advice each time. I would give them 10 stars if I could!”

Hector in particular took extra care and made a huge difference helping me load sheets of drywall - an impossible task on my own - and offering friendly conversation too. Bekah at their customer service went above and beyond to help me find the patio set I was looking for. She brought her manager into the conversation who got on a ladder himself and brought it off the shelf himself. Beyond grateful for their help!”

“Ok...this is just for the person who took the time to fix the issue I had. Yelp is a good tool for all of us to share our experience...I have a chance to be positive so, in fairness to Home Depot. I truly forgot the issue ( my 100.00 plus spreader I ordered never arrived, I only figured they had charged me when I got asked to review the item, then I realized I had paid for a spreader I never got...I have ordered from HD before and they ship seperate), just thought I was out 100.00 plus dollars...that's the direction it went....now, a few months later I get a text saying someone just had seen my complaint and is looking into it if it was still an issue... I texted back yes, he stated ...on it....week or two went by then I get a text asking if they can deliver the spreader. Now, again...this is one member that I comment about....the Yelp reviews say you have a problem in the store...when folks go to Yelp they are angry... meaning you did not do enough to keep them off of Yelp....do you get it? Like the military discount....like just helping (ref Yelp)...Home Depot has always been a place folks complain about having to much help...if folks have to look for help, then something is wrong. Truly I thought twice about Leaving a positive, but your one person did something, fixed something...I applaud this. So, thanks for finding the issue and fixing it. Now, I have security cameras every place in and around my home...I can send you the delivery footage if you wish...but it's fixed....I did not want to tell you I had proof of not receiving the item....that's why I am impressed by your actions.”
