I come in to this store quite a bit and the staff for the most part are decent . Then I walk in with a return and they act like I just brought in an explosive device . The manager ( Josh, John or something with a J) should consider pumping the brakes on his attitude and when he feels he needs to say something to look someone in the face like a man . I won’t go back and not because I am upset about they way they treated my valid receipt in hand return.

Extremely frustrated with their customer service. Came in for a tool. We could not locate it. Asked for assistance and the three people standing at the counter sent us to the “location”. It was not there. Asked again and they sent us to another “location”
Still not there. Instead of assisting us in finding the tool they stood and talked amongst themselves at the checkout stand.

Went in to try to get a gift for my husband. When I asked for a toolbox (with correct dimensions), I was stared down by the first associate without any answer whatsoever. The second associate lamely pointed to the general area where in the store to find said toolbox. Still didn’t find it. I need to go back tomorrow………..🫣 to find the right one. My husband sent a screenshot of EXACTLY what he needs. Hoping to find and pay for it without any help from associates. Perhaps they only like dealing with men?????
