I'm sorry to say that I did not enjoy my experience at this great clips. They had a radio station playing over the speakers. After taking my seat, the DJ took a call from a woman who spoke poorly about one of her ex-boyfriends. She desribed a kind, handsome man who drove a big truck, and shared some desparaging things about him that are no one's business but his and hers. I'm a kind man, and I borrowed a family member's truck to be there. And,the woman who was going to cut my hair was laughing and making jokes about her friend who asks to get close to every truck so she can see who is driving it. I did not feel comtortable, ave I would certainly not want my young cousin to be in this store with that radio station playing.
Be more considerate of who's in your store, and better yet, just play your playlists. The music is bad enough without sharing inappropriate stories.

I had a bad experience at this salon many years ago but came back because a stylist I trust is working here. The staff was warm and welcoming. The salon was clean and well-organized. I chose Tracy because I followed her to this salon but was impressed that after my cut was done, while waiting for my daughter to be finished, I heard many customers come in and request specific stylists—but each different ones. That suggests to me that this whole crew does an excellent job. Happy I gave it another chance. Would definitely recommend!

After a quick conversation and review of some pictures I was able to get the exact haircut I was looking for in a walk-in appointment for less than $40. All in all great experience.

I really wanted to love my experience with Amanda at Great Clips, and I appreciate the friendliness and effort of the staff. However, I have to be honest about the haircut I received—it didn’t meet my expectations. The cut was uneven, and it didn’t resemble the style I had discussed with the stylist.
While I understand that everyone has off days, I feel it’s important for future clients to know. I hope this feedback can help improve consistency and communication at the salon.
I truly appreciated the welcoming environment and hope to see improvements in the future.

This the worst haircut I have ever received. The woman there had no clue what I was asking for and ended up just giving me a buzz cut. This is the last time I will visit this location.
