Unfortunately I’ve been made to feel uncomfortable by a male employee for years now. I have fought him hundreds of times voteristically peering through isles looking at me. Hustling bundles of clothes around the store, conveniently needing to be close by, too many awkward register interactions to count. My skin crawls when I see him
I’ve recently told this employee directly he makes me uncomfortable. He has not avoided me. I have told instore management about his conduct - nothing. I have told the social media teams about his conduct - nothing. I did hear from the director of retail 2 Friday ago - but unfortunately nothing has changed. I’ve provided corporate dates and time stamps to review store security footage and they seem to need over a week to review less than an hour of footage [incriminating their employee].
If Adam has been getting away with this for years, he’s getting away with it even as we speak, he has probably done it to you or someone else while you’re in the store. Lurk and “work”
Or heck - his creeping even happening outside the store too! In the parking lot and at the king Soopers.

Just recently stopped in and wow can I tell you how this turned around! It was clean, organized, and the staff were actually kind and helpful with new look! Great job guys!

Store is organized, staff is friendly . Prices are very high. Best to buy an item with tag half off when you shop. Way too expensive.

This is by far the best Goodwill I've ever been to. The store is clean, employees are friendly, and management is awesome ! No other location come close!!

The young person who identified herself as manager Gr refused my request to discount an item 50% that had an original price tag for less than the goodwill store tag.
Btw, G- your cat hates you.
Shame on me for shopping at GW rather than ARC or an actual nonprofit thrift store.
Oh- also, dressing rooms closed permanently and bathrooms said closed due to plumbing issue, but I just read someone else’s review from two months ago reporting the same. Avoid Highlands Ranch/Cty Line Rd Goodwill!

I just popped into the store at Pierce and Coal Mine to browse. My friends and I love to thrift so I thought I’d see what they had. I started laughing when I saw a used purse I had purchased new for about $25 marked at $29.99. Their stuff is donated and they are selling it as if they have a treasured Monet! Goodbye, Goodwill. I will neither donate nor shop at your stores anymore. I don’t think I even want to know how much money your execs make.

I love the older lady who works at the Columbine location. Amazing customer service!
However this once was my favorite place to shop due to the prices. Recently, I grabbed a pair of jeans not realizing priced at $30. Well if you go online at The Buckle, on clearance, new jeans for around the same price. I recommend Closet Mentor or Plato's Closet too, pricing for jeans lower. The person in charge of pricing should do research in the area. I get raising prices on brand name. But $30 for a used pair of BKE jeans is ridiculous.

Terrible! Closed all their dressing rooms, and now closed their restrooms!! Will no longer donate or shop at this store.

First they decided to go the circular round racks which makes it very difficult to shop, then they closed the fitting rooms so you can’t try anything on…now you aren’t allowed to use the restroom. I’ve been shopping at
goodwill for many years and I think I’m about done. ARC all the way from now on. Terrible

Five people waiting in a line that isn't moving. Why? Because someone needs to return a thing. Manager been called multiple times and no where to be found. And now that fat duck waddles up.
