The young person who identified herself as manager Gr refused my request to discount an item 50% that had an original price tag for less than the goodwill store tag.
Btw, G- your cat hates you.
Shame on me for shopping at GW rather than ARC or an actual nonprofit thrift store.
Oh- also, dressing rooms closed permanently and bathrooms said closed due to plumbing issue, but I just read someone else’s review from two months ago reporting the same. Avoid Highlands Ranch/Cty Line Rd Goodwill!

I just popped into the store at Pierce and Coal Mine to browse. My friends and I love to thrift so I thought I’d see what they had. I started laughing when I saw a used purse I had purchased new for about $25 marked at $29.99. Their stuff is donated and they are selling it as if they have a treasured Monet! Goodbye, Goodwill. I will neither donate nor shop at your stores anymore. I don’t think I even want to know how much money your execs make.

I love the older lady who works at the Columbine location. Amazing customer service!
However this once was my favorite place to shop due to the prices. Recently, I grabbed a pair of jeans not realizing priced at $30. Well if you go online at The Buckle, on clearance, new jeans for around the same price. I recommend Closet Mentor or Plato's Closet too, pricing for jeans lower. The person in charge of pricing should do research in the area. I get raising prices on brand name. But $30 for a used pair of BKE jeans is ridiculous.

Terrible! Closed all their dressing rooms, and now closed their restrooms!! Will no longer donate or shop at this store.

First they decided to go the circular round racks which makes it very difficult to shop, then they closed the fitting rooms so you can’t try anything on…now you aren’t allowed to use the restroom. I’ve been shopping at
goodwill for many years and I think I’m about done. ARC all the way from now on. Terrible

Five people waiting in a line that isn't moving. Why? Because someone needs to return a thing. Manager been called multiple times and no where to be found. And now that fat duck waddles up.

If I could do 0 stars I definitely would. Horrible customer service. Went in and purchased $100 dollars worth of stuff and got home and that didn’t seem right. Checked my receipt and I was charged twice for one item. Called the store the next day and the manager I spoke with told me if I bring back my receipt and my card they would be able to refund me my money back. I went in there yesterday. The man we were working with was shaking and his voice was raised and his skin was turning colors. He told us that he couldn’t help and that we weren’t charged twice. He then call his assistant manager Megan and he was telling her something completely different than what we told him. He also told her that he would tell her more about the story when he sees her in person. He finally gave us our money back that we were charged twice on a store card. When we spoke to the manager on the phone we were able to take in the card we purchased everything with and it would get returned onto that card. Well that didn’t happen. The guy we were dealing with was the MANAGER PHILLIP, horrible customer service yelling at us telling us we were wrong and lying. We then walk out of the store and and I turned around and one of the employees was flipping us off. Absolutely horrible!! Don’t waist your time. You will leave there rippedoff and in beyond disbelief.

I got charged twice for the same item ($17) with a total spent of $113.; called the next day to report to the manager. She told me to bring in my receipt and my card and I would be credited. I explained I didn't live in that area and it might be a few days until I made it in; she said no problem. Went in 3 days later and the manager Phillip on duty was also the cashier; he was visibly irritated and shaking as I approached the counter. I explained what happened and he told me it was for 2 different items I wasn't overcharged, told me there wasn't a manager with the name I spoke with and was argumentative. Once he called his other manager he said he could give in-store credit. He said in order to credit my card I had to return the item within 2 hours after purchase. I finally received an in store credit and was flipped off multiple times by the other cashier as we were heading to our car. I am a senior citizen and had my daughter and grandchild with me. We were shocked at the hostile attitudes and disrespectful demeanor. In all my years I have never been treated so rudely and poorly; still in disbelief. Phillip was quite confident in his job security and stated so when I told him I was going to address this with upper management. We will see if Goodwill Industries does the right thing regarding the treatment of loyal supporters of their mission and paying customers.

The store is clean, employees are nice & helpful especially one lady in particular that is quite often on the registers.) I have noticed lately that whoever is pricing donations MUST think the items are first hand, it has gotten a tad bit out of control and WAY overpriced, a little crazy considering everything one buys is donated and proceeds go to charity.

I don’t usually go to goodwill for thrifting but this one had some decent stuff! Everyone was super nice and the store was so organized. Would recommend

When you mark your price up over 100% of the original store sale price, can you even call yourself goodwill anymore?

Absolutely ridiculous, that you cannot use the changing rooms anymore. This is my take, they will let you take the item home knowing that if it doesn't fit, you'll bring it back to get a store credit, so they've got your money anyway. If I could leave no stars I would leave no stars. . From a very disgruntled customer...Do not round up until they re-open there changing rooms

The prices are ridiculously high over here. $59.99 for a used toaster oven that sells for $39.99 at Walmart new. I did not find one item that I didn't find on ebay for less money. At least ebay gives you a 30 day money back guarantee. Most of the electronic items that you cannot test in the store are sold AS IS which means that if it doesn't work you just lost your money.
