I brought my Dodge Challenger here a couple months back and they did a pretty good job looking over it and giving us a diagnostic. BUT at the same time they put a Pretty Big Scratch in my front bumper that goes between the driver side fender and the front bumper which completely knocked the bumper loose, It’s also a very deep scratch looks like it was caused a rotary tool of some sort or it happened in the parking lot. Whatever it was, it also cut about an inch deep into my wheel well cover.
The Biggest issue is that it broke the Nut that holds the bumper to fender which make it so I could ripe off the entire from bummer if I really wanted too, this also causes the whole bumper to droop down and if I go over a bump I can hear it rattle around.
To get it repaired it’s going to cost me at least $1000 probably more.
They also have a really small tight parking lot that is hard to maneuver big vehicles around in.
(Side note I forgot to overlook the car before we left the shop, I when straight home and noticed it the next day. They also took pictures of all the damage the car had prior and the "scratch” was not there.)
For these reasons, I would not recommend you bring your car here better off taking it to a dealership where they will own up to their mistakes.

Heather and the team were able to work my son’s car into the schedule because his check engine light was on. They took the car in without an appt and got it fixed and drivable again. Very pleased with the work and glad to know we have a shop we can trust so close to our house.

The Family friendly car care place. Its the first time I have ever been given anything besides a bill to hang on my refrigerator, not to mention the suspension replacement is absolutely better than it ever was brand new.
Over the past 16 years I have been taking my fairly used and sometimes abused vehicles to several of the other independently owned and operated mechanics around Littleton with varying amounts of success and honesty.
Everything on the list that she recommended actually needed repair and the hourly rate charged did not seem excessive nor the amount of hours.

I came across this company on accident. I have the interlock and am having many issues with the interlock company itself. Heather whom I believe is the owner of the company has been an earth angel. She went out of her way to explain and do things for me that the interlock company didn't and hasn't done for me. She treats me with respect and doesn't judge me. Now days it's hard to find caring people as herself. I will continue going to her for my interlock services and I now have a mechanic that I know I can trust.
