I had the pleasure of working with Chuck at the Littleton location. These guys are awesome. They have the best prices and Chuck really went out of his way to explain a lot of things to me. Extremely nice guy and he educated me about lots of things. I had a complicated order and he was willing to help me out and figure everything out. Great experience.

I have been doing business with General Air for more than 20 years now. Every experience I have had with them has been great. Their products and services are fantastic but what really sets them apart is their staff.Everyone who has ever helped me has been amazing. Thats not always easy because I am not a welder. I am a rancher who welds a lot.That has never seemed to matter there. They have always shown me the same respect as I’m sure they do with their biggest customers.Most recently Chuck had to help me exchange a mess of bottles. Not once did he complain about what I brought in. He was friendly, helpful and kind.Amazon may sell some of the things that General Air sells, but you will not find true customer service like Chuck’s anywhere else. For me helping keep General Airs doors open and business thriving is way more important than making Amazon a little richer.Me and my money will keep shopping General Air and I recommend & hope you will too!

The amazing people at General Air have been helping me to make a mess for 20+ years! As a STEM educator, I've turned to General Air whenever I needed liquid nitrogen, hundreds of pounds of dry ice, compressed gases... you name it. Best of all, I can always rely on the great people at General Air to lend me some of their expertise and creativity to help me pull off some amazing science experiments in Colorado. Huge thanks to Bo Hegstrom, Chuck and everyone else at the Littleton branch for supplying me with everything I need to get kids excited about STEM.

I'm just getting into welding and was getting my argon for shielding, oxygen and acetylene for my torch. Chuck was very helpful and well educated in every aspect of his job. He was there to make sure I was making well educated purchases and I will definitely be back for filler metal, ppe, and other welding essential.

There will never be enough characters for me to truly express my appreciation of this establishment and its employees. I found myself in need of supplies as well as education and advice about the supplies and Chuck, Gilbert, and the rest of the crew were so incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond with their help whether that be looking up what supplies I need to purchase and where I can purchase them or even getting needed materials from another location and bringing them back so I don't need to drive. I know I can trust the crew at General Air. Hands down, the best customer service experience I've ever had. Thank you!

Great Experience!!! I went there to buy a CO2 cylinder to refill my soda stream. I first called and they were very helpful on the phone. When I went in they greeted me immediately and were very helpful. They explained what type of tank I needed and told me about exchanging it the future. I highly recommend them. Even though I was only a low volume customer, they were very kind. Thank you.

I am new to welding, but have been to this store a couple times getting supplies, tanks, etc. The people there have been phenomenal, super knowledgeable and eager to help and guide me in the right direction. Most recently I was helped by Neal while I was in the store getting wire. He walked me through my entire project, what I needed, how to do it, tips and tricks for better welds, etc. Neal even allowed me to use their demo shop and run a few weld beads. Neal coached me up, gave me some tips, and demonstrated how to make a good weld himself. I learned more about how to weld in a 30 minute convo with Neal than I had in weeks on Youtube. I'll keep going back to this store solely because of Neal and folks like him. Great store, and even better staff and people!!
