Never get a mortgage or loan at FirstBank. Never keep deposits at FirstBank. Never. They will lie straight to your face. They must have some kind of "How to Lie to the Customer" training program at FirstBank. More like LastBank. They got a new CEO many years ago and the place has gone straight down the tubes since. The place also does a lot of virtue signaling based on social and political topics which obviously probably means they are discriminating.

Waited in line to initiate a deposit and once I got to the counter the older lady with brown hair, I believe her name was Anne or Anna, asked me to step out of my place in line to take the coins ($4.35 to be exact) and use the coin star! I don’t mind doing that for change, especially if there’s more than $5. Not only did I now lose my place in line, I had to jump back in line and wait again. It wasn’t a good experience and the bank needs to get a change counter for the bankers. This was very inconvenient as I have limited time to get this deposit done.Left a vm for manager: Becky Proctor

Andrew Hinners single handedly caused me to do everything in my power to never work with First Bank again. I don't know if he's new to home loans or if First Bank's standards are just this low. He never seemed to have any idea what was going on and made several mistakes that would have cost me thousands of dollars if I didn't catch them. He even lied about key factors like the rate that we were getting and unfortunately since that wasn't uncovered until the day of closing, we just had to eat those additional costs.

Incompetent workers who can’t do their jobs. Wasted 2 hours of my time for me to come back and waste another hour to make sure it’s done correctly. The lack of customer service and understanding is what ticks me off the most.

This only gets 2 stars and not 1 because it used to have great service. Im standing in line right now with 5 tellers behind the desk and only one person being helped. This is after I waited 15 minutes in the drive through that didn't move. Do not recommend.
