Came into buy some new sneakers and KAYLA gave us amazing service!! Joyful and quick to get us our sizes she made the buying expierence so nice!! I hope this gets read by her management team, they have a wonderful young lady working here!!
Also this shows store in comparison to the one a couple stores down has sizes avaiable! My favorite all white on cloud!! Best workout shoes out there!

Staff and manager (?) on duty were very nice. Bought one pair and ordered another online (no s&h). Both shoes were significantly discounted compared to MSRP. Would return to buy more shoes.

Purchased shoes online and went into the store to exchange them for a smaller size. You would think this is a simple task, but no. The store was absolute chaos. The volume was insanely loud and couldn’t even communicate with the employees, which all seemed to just be running around and no one completed a task. One of the worst run stores I’ve ever been to.

Lazy workers. Was standing in line for a long time and only one person was working a register out of the three available. There were at least 7 people working in the store. I asked if someone could jump on a register and help out. Two kids said the other two were broken. Then the manager, (Yami?) came out and got on a register and rang me up. I told him his employees said they were broken and he didn’t say anything. Not a good customer experience.
