Nate (AHA or NJD) helped me out when the experts at the big box store couldn’t find a solution to my problem (needed to get the drain pipe as short as possible to fit an IKEA vanity) They actually referred me to this store. Nate’s solution worked! I needed a tool that I was intimidated to use but he reassured me that it will be ok. With the tool and the part he suggested, I was able to fit my new vanity perfectly! Thank you Nate! :)

The staff are friendly and helpful. Be cautious backing into the loading dock. The guy guiding me to pick up a water heater had me hit the bump stop. It dented my tailgate and chipped the paint. I didn't realize it until getting home since I drove with my tailgate down. Luckily, most of the scratch buffed out, but not happy about the dent and chipped paint.

Dealt with both Nate and John at this location. They saved me! I had a plumber who broke a faucet and sprung a leak. These two guys helped me walk out the door with a faucet in hand that I love! They saved the day and turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Excellent customer service and excellent product knowledge!

I went into the Littleton Ferguson's in search of replacement toilet flappers- I had been to several plumbing supply stores including all of the "big box" stores and online. Nobody at any of the other stores was helpful. At Ferguson's, Dean searched through the store parts then went online. Finally, he called the toilet company. Since the search was ongoing, he called me when he had tracked down the parts and got them in the store. Thank you!!!

Went in today looking for shower cartridges with little to no idea of what I needed. Unfortunately they only had one in stock and I needed two. However the guy I dealt with was able to explain to me exactly what I was doing, what I needed, and where to get it. Excellent and friendly customer service

I have had to use them for a few jobs as a supplier. They messed up multiple supply orderes. If you choose to pick up in person be prepared to wait a very long time. If you can afford to have supplier issues on your job site use these guys. If you can’t afford screw ups. Parts not showing up and waiting for 40 minutes to get your parts every time you stop by. I’d suggest one of the many other suppliers in town.

Delivered water heaters here. The young man that unloaded me was quick and very nice. The reason for 4 stars is that there's too much stuff in their yard to line up with their dock, unless you're a day cabber. G.O.A.L....a lot.
