Completely incapable of telling time or following their own schedules. I was given a 2 hour delivery window, arranged to be off work and home to ensure I could sign for the delivery. Driver shows up over an hour too early without any notice or notification. Then customer service acts like its my fault they can't tell time, or follow their own schedule, or even be bothered to notify me the delivery window changed. One star is too generous.

I've been regularly shipping live reptiles and invertebrates through this FedEx hub, and I can't speak highly enough about the incredible service I receive every single time from this specific team. The staff not only recognize me by name, but also treat my animals with genuine care and professionalism. It’s clear they understand the importance and sensitivity of what I’m shipping.
Every visit is met with warm greetings, efficient service, and a level of attention that consistently goes above and beyond. It’s rare to find a team so consistently friendly, respectful, and reliable. Knowing my animals are in good hands gives me peace of mind with every shipment - especially when the weather isn't optimal.

Even with a supposedly applied hefty corporate discount the small, 13oz package still would've cost $25 to ship. Nonsense. Took it to USPS, without a discount paid $9.00

Fed ex is the worst service, I have ever used, if they’re is a signature request package might get lost, omg, would texts and emails saying my package arrived and it wouldn’t be there, after about two weeks of complaining and following up, my package arrived, I’ve never experienced such incompetence in my life , I’ve never been so frustrated, Fed ex sucks, try another service, if you can, fudge stick!!!!!!!

Lazy ass drivers.. I've been disabled do to a surgery an every time my packages are left they leave them on the first floor an I'm on the third level.. if you can't do you're job maybe you should take the next step down an become a door greeter

Don't ever rely on the employees to give you a accurate cost for shipping during the holidays (extra $10 holiday fee-really) or with a round shipping tube (extra $24 special handling fee). Both of these fees were not on the original bill. Our cost was three time the initial price when corporate sent the final bill. Seems the employees should be able to give a better cost estimate, especially since they have to enter and handle the actual package prior to giving you the bill. Is FedEx Corporate just padding their bill.

This place is utterly useless. They only tried once to deliver a package. I got confirmation my package was going to be held at this location but now I’m being told that the package is going back to the shipper after the shipper called to update the address. How can I be told one thing and then FedEx does another. Terrible customer service. Will try to use USPS when possible in the future

Didn’t know this place was here in the past 4 years. Will make sure I utilities office more. The FedEx employee was helpful as well.
