Very rude manager/owner. I won’t be going in again because of her. Also there is no return policy and they closed the fitting rooms.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This store is a scam. Low quality clothes, and deceitful exchange policy. You can’t return items, even with a receipt and tags on. They have the tiniest sign showing this policy, and do not make an effort to inform you of this prior to purchasing. I will not be shopping here again, what a waste of money.

Was walking out of the mall (6:49) and saw a pair of shoes on the table through the glass. Wanted to take a Quick Look and see what size it was - a task I’m capable of doing in 10 minutes. A little girl yelled saying that they are closed. I said I will be fast and if decide to check out will be done before they closed. She said that’s it’s a policy and we have to leave. Hope she gets fired because they are loosing customers for such service.

I don't know why they don't let us go into the dressing room and try on the clothes, they shouldn't be like that, they should let us use the dressing room ???

Very rude manager. My daughter was looking to try on clothes and then when she was no longer in sight she talked rudely about her to the employees. Putting down a 12-year-old with employees is really shameful. Do better, be kind.

My daughter and I were just so disrespected in that store by a young employee who obviously doesn't know how to treat customers! We were told that we can only try on 5 items and that's it! We had more, so I said well we have more, so you don't want to sell anything? She said in a very snooty tone.. we sell enough... so I walked out, since she sells enough she didn't need my business.... I was ready drop a few hundred but I guess she sells enough! Great employee ? ?

Why why do they still have their dressing rooms closed. Then they do not give you any refunds. Most of the things that they sell are final sales, then open up your fitting rooms.

Nice clothes, but you cannot try on before you buy and the sizes vary in the same size.

I was informed by the owner at the Colorado mills location that I could get a refund if I came back in 14 days with a receipt. There were no postings anywhere about refunds. I tried to return my stuff and she then said only store credit and once you use that store credit the sale is absolutely final. Long story short this place is a bit of a scam. They do not allow anyone to use the dressing rooms and do not allow refunds so if you buy something you are most likely stuck with it. The clothes aren’t cute enough to take that chance

The guy in the store was very rude and racist, he made me remove the stickers from perfume I bought from Victoria Secret and followed me around the store the entire time I was shopping. Very very rude!!

Wouldn't let me return a purse that my grandfather bought in the store for my grandmother. The lady that sold the purse to my grandfather said in her words "you are able to return it if she doesn't like it" went in today to return the purse and the guy rudely said no and there's nothing he can do and refused me many times to even work something out. HORRIBLE STORE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE!!
