Jon, has always been responsive to my questions and concerns. When our home was recently hit by a major hail storm Jon and Farmers were quick to respond. The roofing company and Farmers worked together to make sure our home was restored to its original condition, and in fact portions of our home were improved including sky lights and gutters at no additional cost to us. We switched to Jon Stemper and Farmer's Insurance a few years ago, and we are so happy that we made the change. Jon will check in with us every few months to ask if things are okay, can he help us with anything, time to review, etc. Jon has made suggestions to help keep us adequately covered at the most efficient and favorable costs.
