My experience has always been great with Family Medicine.I love Annie and before her it was Gia.During my recent visit Anne went above and beyond to help me with a health issue I was having until I could see my specialist. I didn't ask, and wasn't expecting anything to be done. I just mentioned to her my problem. The staff calls me back in a very timely manner when I leave a message, everyone is extremely helpful. When you have health issues you have to be proactive and help the Doctor/PA by asking questions to help them better understand your situation.I would recommend family medicine.

No complaints so far, we've been going there about half a year, every one has been nice to us, the doctors are knowledgeable and professional. I had one billing issue and they were able to help resolve it quickly.

I returned back to this practice after a 4 year break and I am so glad I went back. I was treated today with kindness and care. The practice feels and operates very different today than it used to. I will return again. Robin at the front desk blew me away with her service with a smile.

Impossible to get ahold of via phone and I couldn't find an email online. For my first appointment I was in the waiting room for an hour and the front desk was so rude. The doctor I was supposed to see was out so I saw an NP instead. I ended up getting an x-ray and they never contacted me about my results, I had to call the place that did the x-ray to get them to contact their office. I am now switching providers and can't get ahold of them to send my records. I still have never seen the x-ray after requesting my records. The one positive thing I have to say is that Mike Corcoran, FNP-C was VERY KIND and patient during our appointment. I would recommend him as a practitioner, but the front desk and organization at this practice is awful.

Been going here many years. Tried to go elsewhere, but many General practitioners are not accepting new patients. Thus, a real problem. Sometimes these guys hit the mark, but overall it is a poorly run office. Recently made an appt. to see Dr. Palmer, but she was on vacation (she is typically very hard to see - usually booked way out). Thus, I settled for Mike Corcoran PA. The guy lollygags his way around and nothing seems to be urgent....even though you might be in a great deal of pain. Tried to communicate thru the online portal and he takes his time with his reply. The visit was rushed and casual. He 'glanced' at the problem and his basic response was more like 'take two aspirin and call me in the morning'. Had to keep asking questions to get him to explain what was actually going on and still didn't get enough. Basically was sent home in the same condition without any solutions. Almost a week later and he finally sent over a referral to a specialist, which should have been done after the initial visit.

I don’t ever take the time to write reviews about businesses, but my experience with this place was so bad I had to. I’ve been going here for over 20 years. It used to be a well put together primary care clinic, but over the years it has greatly declined. In October, I made an appointment to get my foot looked at because I thought I had a stress fracture. I was able to get in and see a physician promptly, and I was sent to an imaging company to get an X-ray that same day. I was very happy with how quickly I was responded to and how prompt the clinic was with making me an appointment to get an X-ray. After that, crickets…. I called over and over leaving message after message to speak with someone about my X-ray results. I even received an email from the imaging company notifying me that my doctor had received my images THE DAY AFTER THE X-RAY. When I finally did get a “response” it was simply an email notifying me that the doctor had sent an MRI request to the imaging company. I assumed I now needed to go back for an MRI, so I made the appointment with the imaging company and received the MRI. Following the MRI, I was once again notified that the images were sent to the clinic. And again, I called again and again with no response. I got the MRI well over 2 months ago, and I still have not yet received a response. Not from a doctor, a nurse, a clinical assistant. Nobody. That is unacceptable. I ultimately ended up scheduling an appointment with a doctor from a different clinic, and he was able to explain what the images meant, what my diagnosis was, and help me get a boot so I could finally heal. I will never waste another second of my time with this clinic. They should be ashamed. They are quick to get as many patients in as possible to take their money, but they are unable to handle the patient load and there is absolutely no follow up. With that being said, the ladies at the front desk are doing their best. They are always kind even when they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to accommodate the chaos of that clinic.

Great care and friendly staff!! Dr. Palmer and NP Annie Hall truly care about their patients and are very responsive in their communication via the patient portal. I rarely wait more than 2 minutes to be seen and can always get in within a week for an appointment. Highly recommend!!

I have been going here for over 25 years and would not go anywhere else! Mike Corcoran is my provider and has gone out of his way many times to help me, I trust him with my life!!! The front office could do better but they are always pleasant and helpful. I think the turn over has a lot to do with it.

Don’t do it. The people in this office are incompetent. We have had nothing but issues with them over the years and we are upset with ourselves. We have not changed doctors previous to now. We now have a new insurance and because of that they won’t even refill medicine, needed until we can see a new doctor in a couple weeks. I honestly never had a problem with Mike Corcoran. He was always very nice and helpful. It’s just the rest of the office. One time my wife forgot her wallet and they would not let her be seen for a $10 co-pay. Mind you she had been saying there are multiple times before they even knew her by name at the front desk. There’s a reason this place only has two stars. Find a different doctor. Trust me you will be happy.

I called urgently for a virtual or walk in appointment because I was experiencing a terrible dry cough that was making me throw up and previously had very little luck with relief from Tessalon Perles at night.I let the Dr. Corcoran know that these haven’t helped me through the night in the past and I just needed to get a good nights rest for work. He immediately assumed I was asking for some cough syrup that’s been discontinued.I was fineI did some research and the cough syrup that he thought I was trying to get was discontinued back in 2014.He offered very little help in regards to another solution and the virtual appointment was a waste of my time and money.I’ll be looking for another primary care Doctor and I do not recommend going to this facility or seeing Dr. Corcoran.I should have read previous reviews.

Unfortunately No help received at this clinic. Was seen by a medical assistant, not a doctor. I was told they do not see patients on a consult. Sent home still feeling so sick and was told someone would contact me. I found better care somewhere else.

I was Dr. Singer's patient for about 5 years. I had multiple office visits at this clinic. I never met the man. Seems like it's only PA-C's working here (many of which were great, but a revolving door because they apparently knew this is not a good place for them to work). Talking to other physicians in town, Dr. Singer is notorious for this. Hope he has good malpractice insurance.

I’m not one for judging reviews but I guess I should have been more weary. I am first time patient and new to this location. I arrived 5 minutes late and was turned away. No one was in the lobby. I just can’t believe this is a way treat new clients or people in general. I refuse to go to a practice that treats people like this. I will report this office my insurance company and find something else more inviting and understanding.

Gwen Is incredibly rude for no reason. Stood waiting in line for 7 minutes and because of that, I was “late” and they refused to see me. I get all places have rules, and that’s fine, but bedside manner is important for sick people. Id choose somewhere else, unless you’d like to be accosted by someone who thinks it’s funny you aren’t feeling well. So rude.
