Nothing but good to say about this particular Eyeglass World. Ordered glasses with a tint from another store and the tint couldn't be applied as I expected because of the type of lens. This store covered the cost because of my overall experience. I would highly recommend this store.

I am very impressed with the customer service I have received at Eyeglass world West Bowles Ave Littleton. They went the extra mile to make sure I got my glasses before a major out of town trip that included sending my order to another office and driving to that office to get the glasses for me.

I needed glasses quickly and the staff here was excellent at helping me. They even helped me get an eye exam as my prescription was expired. Walking out the same day with two pair of glasses was awesome! Customer service is A+.

My first time using Eyeglass World was a wonderful experience! Michael, the optician was so thorough and knowledgeable he made choosing new glasses a wonderful experience. Once I explained I needed a lot of help picking out frames that would enhance my face shape, he and Hannah quickly narrowed down choices for me. I could not be more pleased!

I recently needed my glasses adjusted and stopped by thus store on my way to work. Michael was one of the most knowledgeable and polite opticians I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He taught me things I've never heard about the care of my frames. Would return to buy from him in the future.

Great experience. Prompt service. Michael helped me and was beyond knowledgeable. He had professional certifications and knew the business. He guided me to decisions on frames and lenses and what was right for me. He explained my benefits and helped me compare options. I felt confident in his expertise and his concern for my exact needs. My glasses came within a few days and I was notified immediately. He made sure they fit and adjusted where needed. I tried other retail shops nearby and the service here was far more friendly, cleaner, and had more to choose from than the others. I would highly recommend Michael and Eyeglass World.

I have a small face and it is always difficult for me to find eyeglass frames that are flattering. Michael and Peyton were amazing! Michael is very gifted at finding just the right size, shape and color best suited for the individual. I am so appreciative! Additionally both Peyton and Michael were so patient and competent in insuring a great fit and maximum comfort for me in my new glasses! They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic!
