I'm supposed to have access to my unit from 6am to 9pm. I had travel plans and showed up to remove some clothing at 845pm, during winter. Daylight savings took place November 5th 2023. It's 1/25/24 and the gate time isn't updated and prevented me from entering saying the area is closed. I called customer service. They said it was being handled by upper management and they would call me back. I never received a call back and after the actual 9pm came around it blocks all calls to customer service and wasn't allowed to call back. I had to cancel my travel plans due to the gate not being updated and lousy customer service.

If the gate/door app isn’t going to work (which it hasn’t for months now) you should put a sign out so your customers know. Or, just fix it.

Very impressed!! The facility is clean, secured and climate-controlled. I was worried that the inside units would be difficult to move items in and out, but it was a breeze. They have carts that are always available, so moving even large items was easy. Pat, the manager, is the best. She really makes sure you get the best deal on what you need. She was always available for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Littleton Storage!
