I took my 2015 BMW M4 here after a minor fender bender. Overall, the paint match on the new bumper/fender is good, but the install and communication seems lackadaisical.
The parking sensors on the front bumper are uneven and falling off, same with the side reflectors.
The shop didn't buy undercarriage parts and said the job was complete until I went under the car and saw that those parts were still missing.
They let me source some of my own parts and I brought in multiple parts which were never used such as, BMW horn, PDC brackets, and side reflectors.
Not only were these parts not used, but I had to pay double for them as Euro Collision ordered them for the install - even though I brought them in, talked to the workers at the front desk and explained the entire situation and project. They said they would take the parts back to the mechanic, but I never saw them again even on the finished project. It's frustrating because I gave them brackets for the parking distance sensors to be done correctly, but lo and behold it wasn't used and the old brackets are peeling off the bumper.
I had a scratch from the accident going down the body line of the car and they only buffed out the scratch on the door instead of following it all the way down the body.
So I had to buy an orbital polisher and take care of it myself.
I also ordered the undercarriage parts and installed that myself.
The fender that they replaced has significantly more play than the unimpacted fender on the other side, so I literally am going to try to redo their work this weekend to get a tighter fit.
There is a larger gap in between the headlight and hood on the side of the impact and on the side of the headlight that was replaced.
I bought a new OEM fender, bumper, and headlight thinking it would look new, but the install wasn't done perfectly so the panel gaps and play in them are not OEM.
The said they would save my old Adaptive LED BMW Headlight ($2,000 value) because it only had a light scratch in the lense that I could buff out - but guess what?
I never saw it again and lost another $2,000 even though I communicated effectively about my intention to keep it.
They also recommended me to a mechanic that took advantage of me with a $599 diagnoses and the most insane prices I have seen in all my years of servicing BMW's.
When I originally brought the car in to Euro Collision they couldn't figure out how to pull it into the garage (had a misfire and leaking injector). It turns out it just needed gas , it was low because the leaky injector was dumping all the fuel.
Instead of figuring out how to put the car in neutral and push it in the shop, I had to go back to Euro Collision and then tow it to their recommended shop. That shop then took advantage of me with a $599 diagnoses and then wanted to tear down my engine to look for more damage (70,000 miles S55 engine).
They quoted me $2400 to replace 1 fuel injector and 6 spark plugs, and $2600 to replace one high pressure fuel pump.
I ended up doing the work myself in my apartments parking garage for $700. So even just taking it in to their suggested mechanic for diagnoses doubled the cost of fixing my engine - and it gave me no new information.
Interestingly enough my car has driven perfect for the past 10,000 miles after my installs- no $5-7k engine teardown required.
I wish I did the entire job myself so that I don't have body panel gaps, sensors falling off, and a bad recommendation to a shop. I have done the exact fender bender fix on my last BMW.
I also would have saved $2,600 just by saving the old headlight and by not going to their recommended shop. Not to mention the actual cost of the repair.
I truly know I could have done every part of the project better - except for the paint match on the bumper an

This place is DEFINITELY INCOMPETENT related to BMW... Shop had my car for over 2 months and returned it without turning on!! They definitely have POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS with the customer and insurance. They DON'T deserve a star rating. James sucks at his job!! Needs retraining when it comes to customer interpersonal skills. I guess work ethic is hard to train. JAMES SAID "I DON'T NEED TO CALL INSURANCE AS THEY ALWAYS PAY WHAT WE TELL THEM!" Wonder what this says about the shop....

I would encourage you to go anywhere else but Euro Collision Center. Terrible experience, poor communication, lack of professionalism, and they would not stand behind their work. One star is generous; if I could give them zero stars, I would because that’s what they deserve.

Wonderful place filled with friendly people. Everyone’s quite responsive and helpful. Though I didn’t get more than one estimate, it seemed fair and was one of the few shops recommended by the dealer. Night drop was convenient. The car was ready faster than I thought as well. I keep forgetting to slide underneath and make sure all parts were replaced. However, it was a pretty straight forward job, with two parts being replaced and no body work.

I have been a customer at Euro Collision for a long time and the service has been satisfactory. However, my last experience which was a few weeks ago was a disaster. So, when I went to pick up my car, I noticed that they had forgotten to install the license plate and they had left some inspection paperwork uncompleted in the car. It's a good thing I noticed the missing license plate because I live 20 miles away from this facility. I picked up the car without knowing that my passenger side mirror was malfunctioning. They had removed the mirror so they can paint the door to blend in with the fender paint. I took the car back twice to get the mirror fixed but they surprised me by saying there are corrosion on mirror’s connections. I left the place with no fix and later I noticed the signal light on the mirror housing was not working. So, this time I called Bob the owner of the shop who promised to get to the bottom of the problem. I coordinated a day and time to bring my vehicle back for the third time. Although, the owner was in the facility behind the door, never bothered to show up. And the technician who worked on the mirror said that I needed a whole new mirror. Do not know what he did, the mirror had stopped working completely. I finally filed a complained with the insurance company since this facility was on their preferred list. The insurance adjuster ultimately referred me to another local body shop where they fixed the problem in a short time. The problem was loose wiring connectors inside the mirror. They suspect the connectors had gotten loose due to mishandling the mirror during removal and/or installation. Very nice and friendly facility with a super customer service. The general manager, was involved throughout the process and managed to fix the problem in a very short time.
Not satisfied with Euro Collision management and work performance any longer.

Euro Collision was great to work with. Someone hit my wife’s BMW with their door during the spring high winds and they did a great job. It looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend Euro Collision.
