After 15 years of banking here I am finding a new bank. I suggest you sign on to any bank but this one if you like not being charged random fees and getting rude, hard to understand, corporate jargon customer service when you ask them to explain why they are taking your money. Had them recently tell me my overdraft protection was actually a small, paid-off loan (weird, over ten years ago they sold it to me as an overdraft protection account and it functioned like that for over a decade). These guys are a joke now after being one of the better banks around for years. Not worth the time or trust now- super sad.Of course I posted this review after four different interactions- you don't change banks after 15 years because of one small incident. I have tried to talk to the right people, tried to understand their new policies- but at the end of the day, if I am going to pay fees all the time and have bankers open an overdraft protection account and then tell me that it is now magically not an overdraft account after charging me hundreds in fees, I would rather be banking with an institution who has more than 4 locations and more accessability and convenience . I have already talked to several representatives and they all sing the same song- their new policies have them profiting better off their members, at your expense. They will tell you some ridiculous thing that somehow makes them taking your money "part of their new policy" and ok for them to do.

ATMs only work part of the time. Very frustrating when they only have a few locations.

Terrible mobile app, since mobile banking has essentially replaced branch banking over the last decade, having a strong working mobile app is important. On any given day I will open and have to force close 3 times to get logged in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Has to be an issue with their servers or something but super frustrating when it happens EVERY day.

Excellent Service minus one or two not too nice people. Just make sure to come with time to spare if your transactions are not of just deposit or withdrawls. Make yourself confortable while you wait and get your cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Overall great service branch, a bit far, but if you enjoy the empty streets with the ramp to FWY 470 less than a block away you’re good ????

I opened my account at the ENT bank in downtown Denver the banker helped me set up everything. He made it easy to be a customer it was a throw back to the days when customer matteredExcellent experience I would highly recommend this bank to allFAST, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL

Ent doesn't do Shared Branching, only though their ATMs. ?? Shouldn't call themselves a credit union.

After banking with USBank for many years I was fed up with their fees and mishaps and decided it was time to move on. I absolutely love banking with ENT! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They are a breath of fresh air in comparison to other banks. I’m confident you’ll love banking with ENT!

I was in the market to refinance my car, and Victoria Vlaun was the person that helped me. At the end of the day, I ended up dropping my payment by $200 and was able to add a warranty to my car. She also helped set my Son up with a line of credit to help build his credit. AWESOME PEOPLE!

I received approval for a home equity loan 2 hours after completing the online application process. Dealing with other lenders was a major waste of time.
