Jeff and Devin at EAS have proven to be HONEST and responsible. After a repair job on a transmission seal, my van continued to have a leak. I authorized additional work that could have cost thousands. As they again disassembled the axle seal, they determind their tech had failed to reassemble the original job correctly. They easily could have proceeded with the unnecessary repair but instead HONESTLY admitted the techs error and completed the original job correctly AND reimbursed me 100% for the original repair costs. THANK YOU JEFF AND DEVIN!

The team at EAS is always so honest and open with me. Nice dudes in there. I honestly called for quotes from other mechanics and obviously without seeing the vehicle the estimates were rough. Anyway, EAS was lower and I trust them so I’ll be going back for the repairs on my sweet whip!

We’ve been using EAS for the last 3 years and have been very satisfied. Knowledgeable professionals who offer good customer service and quality work. They may not be the least expensive, but I feel great about relying on EAS for all our car service needs.

I have been religiously bringing my '12 Altima to Eagle for 7 years and it runs like a charm! Their inspection reports are very detailed with pictures and prioritized recommendations, which allows them to be up front and honest. Their rewards and coupons are a wallet saver! I inherited a family truck and over the past 2 years they have helped to get it into great working condition. I will always, always, recommend Eagle Automotive!

If you want to be lied to over and over about what’s wrong with your vehicle, how much it will cost and how long it will take to repair then this is the place. So disappointing and frustrating and expensive. I spent almost 10k at this shop and was given estimates on average $1k under what they ended up charging each time. I guess they saw me coming. Never again!
