My wife brought my truck in to have the tires rotated because I bought them here. They broke the center cap again and didn’t say anything nor did they try to replace it! When I had the tires replaced originally, they broke a center cap and did a great job of saying they broke it and then they replaced it for me. But this time nothing. ?

Reliable, honest, service. These guys have consistently provided great service. Friendly and quick. I have both my vehicles serviced here as well as my camping trailer. Always great prices. Always honest advice amd recommendations. I had a pair of heavily discounted wheels transfered to this store from another location. The set was missing a center cap. Not a huge deal I could have found one online. But this guy orders a new set of caps from ebay for me and let's me know when to come pick them up. I always find myself walking away from this place with a smile. Thanks

Called ahead of time to ensure walk-in appointment was available. Purchased $1,000 in new tires… purchased ahead of time because I’ve always been taken advantage of in the past and employees force me to pay for additional charges. Thought I’d be safe paying ahead of time - I was wrong… turns out I had to pay an additional $100 because the shop couldn’t tighten the nuts on my tires? I asked how they were able to take them off and replace the tires but not put them back on… they did not have an acceptable answer. I told them I did not want to be charged for more things, I told them to put my original tires back on and let me leave as I came, they told me they couldn’t let me leave without purchasing $100 in new nuts because it wouldn’t be safe…? How is this possible. My car was held random unless I payed for new nuts that THEY damaged or altered in some way. Again, my car was safe and fine prior to Discount Tire working on them. I’m so upset… additionally they left the trunk a mess. They did not even take the time to replace my spare tire and equipment back to its holding spot in the trunk. Very disappointed. Paid $1,100 for poor service.

Have always treated me well. They like to replace tires as soon as possible when they may still be usable for awhile but I guess thats their job.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Picked up a giant bolt in my tire in my commute home, got to the store 5 mins before close, they got me and fixed my tire in less than 20 mins! Costumer for life! Thank you so much

We had an appointment at 10:00 am. They had the best price for a set of 2 tires for what we needed. Their customer service was definitely a 10. And the car was done in less than 30 minutes! It was a great overall experience!

Absolutely love Discount Tire. Have used them for decades now. I'd give five stars to their quality and mostly their service. However, this Discount Tire gets insanely busy and instead of referring people to other Discount Tire locations, they let a long, long line build up that hurts everybody. If you go and they are busy, head south the Southridge Discount Tire. Same great service and product, just more availability to help.
