I have been going to this discount tire for a couple years for rotations, balance and tires. I stopped by to get my tires rotated and the gentleman working there said let’s take a look at your tires, we walked outside and he immediately asked “where did you buy these tires?” I said Big O had a great deal. We went back in and he said he would have to charge me $98 for the rotation. I asked why and he stated they were not purchased from discount tire and the balance is not free. I explained I just needed a rotation and he said they don’t do that they only balance with rotation?! I have purchased tires from this location and have also brought other of my vehicles that had tires purchased from Costco etc and they always rotated them for free. I will not be back to purchase tires or service my tires. Big O on Federal Blvd has a great staff and accommodated me within an hour afterwords.

I really appreciate that you can make same-day appointments because sometimes things pop up and you need them done right then. I had to get a tire rotation and because I had an appointment - it was out there in about 45 minutes. I would come here again.

Waiting to hear from an adjuster to repair the dent they put on my car. At least they admitted fault, but they haven’t communicated very well since. So, I’ll take down this review when my car dent is no longer there.

Discount offers free air checks. We pulled in to get an air check with multiple employees walking by, including the manager and were ignored. We sat there for 10 minutes before leaving. This is why we generally use les schwab over discount. Definitely not coming back for anything.

They will try and take advantage of women. A woman I know went into their business for a flat from a screw. They tried to make her replace all four tires, until a male colleague showed up. All of a sudden the tire is repairable and they were ready to drive off moments later. Be prepared for them to lie to your face, and try to rip you off. It was specifically the blond worker with a beard that pulled this cheap move.

I really like this business. Scheduling appointments has always been easy, service prompt, employees very nice, and I've had zero quality issues as a repeat customer. Plus I keep discovering extra benefits they offer for having purchased/service here when I come in. Also, warranty tire work/replacement was no problem for tires I bought online through tire rack. ?

Decent staff but I got new Pirelli’s tires here. Went for the first rotation at less than 5k miles. Was told I need new tires. These Pirelli’s had a 50k mile warranty. Discount nor Pirelli were willing to honor the warranty only tried to sell me new Pirellis. Hate giving them a poor review but I gave both companies the chance to make it right. No acceptable resolution offered. And Pirelli’s customer service is garbage. Never, ever will you see me with Pirelli tires again. You’ve been warned! Sorta cool name but that’s it!

I had an excellent experience at Discount Tires! They went above and beyond by staying late to finish my car and get me back on the road safely. The team was hardworking and dedicated, and I truly appreciate their effort. I got new tires for my car, and they did an amazing job. Seriously I've been going to Discount Tire since 1982, in Texas & now CO for the last 5yrs, they just rotated tires on my new car (not theirs), they found a screw and repaired the tire all at no charge all in less than 30min.
The road hazard warranty is why I've been with them for 40yrs. Uniformly all locations I've been to were all professional with no hard sales tactic.
I sound like a commercial...lol, but that's just how it is.

I ended up with a nail in my tire last week and I was so pleased with the service at this location. Not only did they patch it for free, as a past customer, but added the caps to my tire that I requested. They weren’t pushy with sales and did not give me an estimate of $6,000 in unnecessary repairs that I have experienced at other businesses. They were also very quick; if I was short on time it would not have disrupted my day too much.
