My iPhone had water damage and
wouldn’t even turn on, just a vibrate when I plugged it into the charger. Took it in and he clearly explained what he could do to repair it, and BOOM two hours later replaced the screen and dried out the water that was still inside, did all the tests to make sure it was operating correctly, and all was good! Total cost with tax was $140 and worth every penny!

No communication. Was told 24 hours to do my repair had to call 3 times to check in and it was still not repaired after 2 weeks. Had to pick up the phone unfixed with many excuses from them.

So Xfinity sold me an A715GUW back in 2021 and it was a birthday gift from my late grandfather. Upon activating a second line in order to receive a discount on my Internet bill, the SIM card was no longer being registered after two days of it operating just fine. I go into here to see about getting the A71 fixed, as I was in a pretty gnarly accident in 2021, damaging the upper left-hand corner of the phone. Comcast, being themselves, couldn’t figure out why it would work for two days and then no longer, so I come here and he tells me the screen for this device is about $200, but he was trying to expo out an A42, which he gave me a pretty solid deal on. (~1/2 the cost of the repair)
The screen appears to have been replaced and if I’m typing while the brightness is low, it kind of flashes in response to my touches, so I understand why he may have been trying to get it out of his store, but it’s an Xfinity phone and I can now utilize the second phone line that I’m paying services for. So, I’m thankful for the bargain and I recommend this gentleman to anyone who’s trying to find a solution that may not be over Facebook marketplace or having to deal with other phone stores way out of the way. This guy is local and has been nothing but pleasant to work with.

ZERO STARS!! Beware!!! I Had my note 20 Ultra screen replaced at an upcharged price ($400), about 20 days later my screen started flickering so I take my phone in and the owner said that it's not his problem but he will give me a discount to replace my screen again with another one. I'm so upset I feel like I got ripped off and now I have to pay to my screen fixed again!

Great shop. Took my phone to apple and they told me they could not fix my screen and I would lose all my data on my broken phone, Simon was able to fix my phone for me in under an hour!

Cell phone broke on the way home the glass was low quality compared to what I left them with I would never ever go back there to use really low quality parts.

I was not treated like a customer. My phone was unrepairable, I get that, but speak to me like a customer I may not know what you know , if I did I would not have brought the phone to you.

Zero stars. Though the company advertises phone repairs, they also take laptops too. I was told it would take 2 days to fix my laptop and he held onto it for 2 weeks, without even looking at it! I know because I took it to another repair person that day and they fixed it within 2 hours. The other person also did it for $185 (threw in a free data backup too) while this guy quoted me $400. Huge waste of my time and very unprofessional. He'd still have my laptop and be jerking me around if I hadn't demanded he give it back.
