I was treated pretty badly by the employees at this store. I tried to return an item I got for a Christmas gift that didn't fit. I wanted to exchange, but there was literally nothing left. They wouldn't help with my return because of an error with on their system that I was able to prove and still no help. I was disregarded by 4 employees, including the store manager. I'll never shop here again. Besides that, everyone knows Dillard's is overpriced, but when you factor in horrible customer service, what's the point!!!

I am very happy with the treatment that Gerardo Soto García, the guy from Sauthwest Plaza Mall, has given me. All the time he has been very patient and above all very kind. They should have more employees like him.

Picked up some after Christmas deals and both Donna and Niki were fantastic. They made sure everything was wrapped up neat and secure for us. And Jolene in the men’s department is terrific. She always recognizes and greets us. The personal service at Dillard’s goes way beyond what you get at other stores these days.

Hello,
Be aware for Celina at Customer service department. She doesn’t know how to treat her customers. Looks like she doesn’t want to do any extra job. I was trying to return my husband’s pants what we bought Black Friday and returning on Tuesday within 5 days. She wants wrapper for those pants.
She told me unfortunately she cannot help me.
Employee like her does ruin the Dillard’s reputation.

Dropped in to sample some new fragrances that I had been researching online and was blown away by the outstanding customer service that Isabella facilitated. She was simply incredible, from her personal touch to her product knowledge and special offerings, it was a truly an unforgettable shopping experience that left a lasting impression. I was only shopping for one new cologne and ended up leaving with 3 new bottles that I am still over the moon about. She's truly a shining star and I look forward to shopping here with her in the future. Thank you Isabella!

I would highly recommend going to Dillard's for Cologne. With all the fakes out there, I was apprehensive in spending all that money on counterfeits. So I did my research on real v fake
and was completely satisfied with their quality. Please do your research, avoid being disappointed by fake..

Had the most bizarre experience I've ever experienced in a department store. I need a suit and after exhausting every petite option in Colorado, I decided to make the rather embarrassing trip into the boys section to find something that would fit. I was with my husband and was trying not to bring too much attention to myself because I was embarrassed but the lady working in the boys section kept eyeing us and insisting that when we were ready we had to pay at her register.
I went to try on clothes and sent my husband back to grab something else and she flagged him down telling him he needed to come back to her to pay for the clothes (that I was still trying on). After I tried everything on I returned to the section to return what I didn't need and she walked over to me asking me if everything worked well. I said yes and she once again harassed me by telling me, once again, to come pay at her register. I'm not really a confrontational person but I asserted that everything went well but ***I'm still looking for clothes***. She went back to her register and stared at my husband and I the entire time we were in her section. Honestly, I was going to keep looking at other clothes but it was so uncomfortable we slipped away the moment she looked at someone else.
I don't know if she thought we were trying to steal the clothes or if she was working on commission but I've never been so uncomfortable. Every worker downstairs in the men's section kept harassing us with, "hey do you need help, come pay here". I couldn't browse anything without being harassed every 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
We made our way upstairs to the safe haven of the women's section and it was like someone popped a balloon. I didn't realize how tense we were downstairs until we were back up. It was like the start to some weird body snatcher horror movie.
Anyways, good luck to any women who decide to make their way downstairs to the men's section. It's crazy down there y'all. Maybe good luck to the men too. It's every person for themselves

Most recently I tried to make a return and the lady I talked to at the desk in the first floor clothing area was quite rude about it. Before giving me a refund on one piece, she looked at me and said "this is how you take care of your clothes?" I asked what was wrong with them, she said "you don't see that?" She was talking about some wrinkles. And I said okay sorry and she scoffed and said, "you kids." Seriously?
I didn't know the tag was supposed to be attached and I didn't have that yellow sticker on the tag that theyre normally supposed to give upon purchase. Fine, if they can't take it because of that, that's the store policy, whatever. Just say that. You can just say you cannot accept it because of XYZ. But I generally would not recommend insulting your customers.
Normally I've had better experiences here but I felt extremely unwelcomed this trip around.

My Mom and I went to Dillard's yesterday to exchange a pair of shoes that we had ordered. It was somewhat of a confusing and complex situation as to what happened and why we were exchanging. Aaron came from another department to help us and was so kind and took care of everything. Very thankful for Aaron and his excellent customer service!
