I have received nothing but great and positive help when I come into Dillards and look at fragrances, I always get great advice and they let me try out anything that I ask for and have a lot of patience. I have purchased over 5 colognes from here and I have no regrets.

Went here to buy my son cologne for his birthday. The lady behind the counter would not let us smell the cologne we asked to. Asked her to show us some sets and was rude and said they didn’t have any for sale just the one did that she kept saying to buy. I told her he didn’t want that one and she said we had to hurry it up. Was so rude which was supposed to be a nice gift for him. Will never go to the sw plaza dillards for anything even if it was free.

Horrible customer service which is normal here - the staff are often rude, beligerant, argumentative, and just plain mean. Hate going to this place - will purchase online only.

Does only part the staff work on commission? The lady in purses was so pushy. I merely entered the store by the purses, and she ambushed me. I had to tell her twice that I was not interested in buying a purse (she did the same thing on the way out)! But there were 2 gals in shoes who could have cared less that I was shopping. I finally had to go up to one of them to ask for help. Inconsistent.

Yvonne in fragrance was hands down the best lady I have ever met we talked for an hour and I bought 2 wonderful perfumes. I would go back just for her !!!! So glad I just happens to stop in this day

As me and my friends (group of 3) entered the men’s fragrances to look at some fragrances for the upcoming summer season, we came in politely to look at summer fragrances we had in mind from doing our research, but this rude employee “mary” decided to call security the second she saw us because we were young and supposedly "lingering” when we were politely waiting for this other lady “Yvette” to finish talking to her customer she already had. we asked “mary if we could try JPG, but she gave us the complete wrong fragrance and told us to get out of here before calling her manager. But we decided to stay because we weren’t doing anything wrong but waiting to ask again for the JPG we originally asked for to smell as it was behind the counter, she ignored us for 5 minutes and told us to leave again, we said we’re waiting and she replied with, “i’m calling my manager” so “Yvette” the nice wonderful employee stepped in because she was done talking with her other customer asked us how she can help us, and this time she heard us say JPG and have a us a sample. we saw the manager actully come and we had to talk to him about what happend, and he didn’t even talk to Mary about what she did. Very rude and stereotypical towards teenagers who are simply trying to look at some fragrances, i mean what’s wrong with that? As i came with my mom a week later she completely had a different mood and was much more willing to help her but my mom confronted the old lady mary and thanked Yvette for stepping in and doing what was right. Disappointing for an employee to criticize my friends and I for lingering as we stepped foot into the area as we have never gotten into trouble with the mall at all.

Dillard's has many clothing options although the employees there look at the customers in a way that we are going to rob the place and that were doing thing suspicious just because we dont look all flaxhy but the only reason we are there is to shop like everybody else
