Never had been been. I usually stay out of department stores, clothes seam to be cheaper at most.
I was surprised this place stocks all
these smaller Companies brands that have yet to prove themselves/ they focus on quality clothing because thy still need to make a name for themselves.
Anyway, the staff was incredible, especially Tom who personally looked after me to find a tailored pair of dress boots.

I will literally never shop here again. Trying to get anything done here will thoroughly waste your time. Katlyn the disappearing “manager” is rude and the gal in the handbag department is dishonest.

I was looking for some bedding, specifically a bedspread. I know online shopping is quite the rage these days, but rarely, if ever, does the merchandise I buy, match the picture of the product I purchase. Which is why I prefer brick and mortar stores, as I can actually see, try on, and check quality before I buy. Because of This, and because I like to talk to an actual person, I found Myself in Dillards in the Park Meadows Mall off County Line Rd. They have quite a selection of bedding, from a number of brands, and it wasn't long before I made a choice and a purchase. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and professional, and she knew her department and was able to help me find what I was looking for with no problem.
So if you're looking for any household accoutrements to give your home a bit more panache, Then Dillard's in the Park Meadows Mall off County Line Rd. Should be your first stop.

I always enjoy Dillard's. I was surprised that the Aurora store had more options, of what I wanted, than the Lone Tree location!

Ordered a jacket and picked it up all wrapped up in a plastic bag only to get home and find a liquid ring mark on the collar. Very disappointing that this item passed through at least 3 employees hands without anyone noticing it and now I have to make another 12 mile round trip to make a return. I would not recommend ordering from Dillard's.
