The salesperson who helped me was excellent. Hopefully I’m remembering his name correct, Isa was courteous and exceptionally helpful. He knew the issue and resolved it quickly.

I am unable to send or receive most texts. Cherry Knolls store said I needed an upgraded phone but they are fixin to close this store and their inventory was minimal. Ok, I'll buy one online. Nope, can't remember my password and they want to text me a temporary code but I don't receive the text.Went to the store on Belleview and Wadsworth to get an upgrade and spent $180. Guy assured me that my issue would be resolved. Nope. Still can't text. Called the store, spoke to said salesman and asked if I just need to change my number. Well, maybe.He said he'd talk to his IT guy and get back to me. Never heard from him again.I am paying for a monthly service that I can not utilize. This is unacceptable.Since no one at Cricket can help me, I'm gonna switch to another carrier.

ISA WAS THE MOST INCREDIBLY KIND, SYMPATHETIC, AND PATIENT YOUNG MAN THAT I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF SEEING WORK- I WITNESSED HIS INTERACTION IN HELPING A HOMELESS COUPLE.
HE DISPLAYED A GENUINE COMPASSION & EMPATHY, WITHOUT JUDGMENT, TO TWO FELLOW, DOWN ON THEIR LUCK, HUMAN BEINGS.
GOD+ BLESS THEM & HIM.
CRICKET, GIVE THIS YOUNG MAN A RAISE.

Bought an accessory was wrong size, will not exchange and take more money for correct one. Spoke with manager and refused to return the just bought car charger for the correct one. Do NOT shop here!!!! A joke, could not believe when he said no.
