They do a GREAT job at repairs!Don't go by the store hour sign. Unfortunately, From what an employee told me.... The store hours change whenever they feel like it! At random, whenever someone doesn't feel like coming in or leaving early!FYI - It takes ten days for parts to arrive, after ordering.I would call them ahead of time if you want to drop off or pick up a device. To make sure that they are open. Or you might be greatly disappointed!Good Luck!

My son dropped his old Samsung phone in water and I brought it in to CPR to see if they could fix it. The woman that helped me (I forgot to get her name) was able to take a quick look and determine that the potential cost to fix the issues would cost more than purchasing a similar brand new phone. Even though I wasn't able to give her my business she still recommended what kind of phone to replace the damaged phone with and where to shop for the best prices. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and the friendly attitude. I will definitely recommend CPR to all my friends and family and be taking my future business to them.

Nothing but good things to say about this biz. I needed a new battery in my iPhone 7 Plus. They had the parts in stock, took me as a walk-in that afternoon and were able to complete the repair within a few hours...all with very reasonable rates.Customer service was fantastic, very relaxed atmosphere and the repair tech who was working on my phone took the extra time to explain to me what needed to be done and what their process is for making that repair.I will definitely be going back to CPR for the next iPhone repair I need! Very happy with both the quality of work, customer service, and repair time.

Walked in and was helped immediately, the woman working (manager?) fixed my phone screen in about an hour after the "certified Apple repair" at Best Buy was no help. I was so impressed I asked about getting a new battery too but they were out. Fast work, quality, and not trying to upsell me has made this my new go-to spot for phone fixes.

I canceled my claim, and a month later I hadn't seen my refund so I called them and they were so nice. The technician found my claim number easily so now I can look into refund. So nice!

Directions put you in a residential area and then the staff told us the charging issue was a software issue for a charging port we were already told by another vendor had damage to it.

I took my shattered phone in as a last resort after being turned down at multiple other phone repair stores. The woman working the front desk looked at my phone and immediately offered help. After 30 minutes my phone was repaired enough to get my data off of it. They offered great service and I’ll be returning in the future.
