Costco rarely disappoints! With our family of four and 2 of them teenage boys, there's no way we'd make it without some of the staples we get here. We also try to eat organic when we can afford it and Costco has made that possible. Service is always good, selection can be an issue if they get a run on something, but usually it's back in the next couple days. Don't shop hungry and you'll find lots of values!

We had the absolute best experience here. We needed a piece of furniture held and they happily did it for us. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and so helpful. From the managers, to the tire guy who took it to the car for me- and loaded it by himself with no complaints (it was heavy!!), everything was wonderful!! Highly recommend this Costco and will definitely continue coming here. The customer service here is fantastic.

This location was a pleasure to visit. It was NOT packed. There were plenty of staff to assist with whatever you may need. There are no lines at the check-out. I didn't feel like I was a hamster on a wheel trying to avoid another hamster. I actually had time to look at stuff and shop.

In 100% honesty, I'm not sure if this is the exact Costco we went to. I just know that it was a horrible Costco near Castle Rock. This place had the worst staff. We were met with TWO troublesome Costco employees while we were there!! There was a group of us there. We got in line and we couldn't decide between which one or the other kind of wine to buy, and (I can't remember exactly but I guess we decided to go get a different wine from across the store?) and the teenage daughter in our group volunteered to rush all the way across the Costco to quickly retrieve what we wanted (her mother is an older woman with knee problems and she originally was going to do it). As she rushed over there, we were met with a super rude cashier. The cashier acted oddly snappy and irrational. She was a middle-aged white woman, a bit on the plump side, with dark hair I believe. The mother went to see where her daughter was since she hadn't returned yet (and should've by then). Turns out, the daughter found what her mother asked for, started walking back to the check-out isles, then some Costco employee swiped the product out of her hands to put it back where it was. The daughter said that she kept trying to explain how her group is waiting in the check-out isle and her mother asked to retrieve the wine, but the employee wouldn't even let her speak and kept telling her that "she isn't 21" so therefore... she couldn't even touch a wine bottle?? Where is the logic in this? If she were to buy it herself, the cashier would've carded her anyway! And what if she was an adult who looks underage, this behavior would've been very rude and inappropriate! I could hardly believe this. The daughter pointed to me later at who this employee was. An older-looking white woman who looked just like a karen (she even had the stereotypical blonde karen haircut). It's funny how she looked just like a karen. Meanwhile at the register, the mother and daughter finally returned as we argued with the remarkably immature cashier. Because that one woman put away the wine we were going to buy, we had to quickly decide between the two wines the mother picked out at the last minute as the cashier kept barking at her to choose. The wonderful gentleman behind us agreed to take one of the wine bottles (one he was fond of) which lifted the burden and resolved the problem. Thank you guy. As we were walking out, the Costco employee at the exit was super kind. He was an African-American fellow who looked around middle-aged or older; hats off to him. Other than that one guy though, this Costco has THE WORST staff. I hope they fire the two Costco employees.

I’m canceling my membership after they removed Churros from the menu. I will never shop here again. There’s no benefit to having a membership to pay for OVER PRICED merchandise. They don’t even have Lactose Free milk. Or a suggestion box that I could locate easily.

This is our go-to grocery store, lots of food selections and random stuff like camping/couches. Since mid year last year, it all went down, book aisles disappeared. When asked, a staff told me that books don’t sell well, instead, they expanded their alcohol selections. Every single time when I was at Costco, I see people browsing and buying books.Let’s move on to food quality. A few times that I have purchased raw food from Costco, I noticed they have a funky smell. Expired? Nope. Not sure what’s going on here but I will let it slide. However, TWICE now I have noticed boxes of Madeline are still being sold when they are long past the use by date. The first time (2022), I brought it up to the front desk manager. I was told “we are not perfect.” That is understandable. What’s shocking is today I went to the store and there they are, another expired batch that is still being sold in store and some of them are already moldy! It’s time to upgrade your inventory system!Lastly, as mentioned by many other shoppers, every single time the store is packed, not to mention the parking is a nightmare! You’d think checkout takes forever, then at least you are done. Nope! The receipt-checking people really do take their time too! So apart from needing a better inventory system, getting what Sam’s club has will do you good - a receipt and item scanning machine!

It's Denver so it's packed to the brim with people who don't understand it's not appropriate to stop in the middle of an isle. But lots of great stuff and lots of deals. Membership is definitely worth it.

Parking is always tough here and expected, much of the staff is very nice and helpful. I never do reviews like this but today’s experience was uncharacteristic for CostCo staff. I paid my bill with cash and the clerk has a look of disgust on his face and then when returning my change he simply laid it on the table and moved onto to next customer.

Costco had been our family tradition/addiction since we first became members 20 years ago. All the food they make there is great. All of the clothes they sell are cheap but generally high quality. Great deals on beer/wine/liquor too. Yes, the crowds can be nuts on weekends and some items can be found at the same price or cheaper at the supermarket or on Amazon, but there are just some things that you can only find there, and their Kirkland brand items are generally top notch. We are definitely among the Costco faithful.
