Really mixed. The staff are great. The layout and parking lot is terrible even by Costco standards, and this is probably saying more about people that live in CO but the customers here are terrible. I was waiting at the snack area for my coffee and someone threatened to punch me because he thought I was cutting in line to leave the store for the receipt check which that line goes to the bathrooms sometimes and is definitely a fire hazard. The employees are great but that only goes so far. I’ve been a Costco customer for over a decade and moving out here really wants to make me cancel my membership. The customers here give entitlement a whole new meaning.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 3. This place is going down hill with cleanliness and organization. The returns line seems designed to be deliberately to cause issues. Boxes EVERYWHERE impeding the already tight spaces. This place need some serious process improvement applied.

Saturday May 18, around 2pm, everytime I go to costco with my kids we are always happy but today changes everything the old lady in the hotdog stand( free sample ) yelled to my 2 kids, they were both crying and terrified. It breaks my heart to see some strangers giving attitude to my children specially if you are trying to raised your kids to be nice to people and they will see that not all people are kind some of them are monster.

I have been shopping at this Costco for over a year now. I loved this location, at first. But in the last couple of months it’s gone WAY down hill. The staff is disrespectful/rude, their behavior/attitude is ridiculous, they listen to respond rather than listening to understand, and are consistently accusatory towards customers. A few trips ago I went in to Costco an hour before closing. 20 min before closing, multiple employees started yelling, like they were drill sergeant’s, at customers to head to the front to leave. I understand the staff wanting to leave work on time, we all do. But there’s multiple ways to respectfully ensure customers leave in a timely fashion. On top of the yelling, I had an employee following me as I was making my way to the front. While doing this he was questioning me “why are you in this aisle? Well what do you need? You’re not suppose to be here?”. All while I was still is an aisle that was considered “open”. My next time in the store, my boyfriend and I accidentally ran in to the corner of a clothes table with our cart. The pile of clothes fell and we picked them up trying to place them back nicely where they belong. I get it sucks to keep those tables nice so we attempted to correct our mistake. We made eye contact with an employee near by and she gave us the nastiest look. Since she did that and found it okay, we stopped what we’re doing and carried on. Why would we continue to help after how disrespectful she was?? Then we went to check out and the lady who was helping us pull things out of our cart was literally throwing our items on to the register and looked pissed off. Meanwhile, there was a register behind us where an employee was being very disrespectful to another customer. Even the person at that register was uncomfortable with her coworker. The customer had a picture of the cost of the item she was purchasing. However this employee was questioning her like it was an interrogation, asking her questions then ignoring her, was giving her attitude as if she was stealing, called an employee through her radio, still didn’t believe it, and pulled the customer out of line to triple check on a computer near by. I understand Costco has been really trying to save money by checking to make sure every item was purchased. If I was a business owner, I would do the same. But my goodness, it’s not TSA. And accusing your customers of stealing when they are paying a large amount of money to shop at your business, is insane to me. I am a strong believer that the customer is NOT always right, there are some Karen’s out in the world with huge egos. But what happened to customer service? If you’re having a bad day, keep it to yourself when your working instead of taking it out on your customers. Im flabbergasted by the way Costco is allowing their employees to behave. I used to love going to costco and enjoy how awesome the employees were. But now I’m questioning even having a membership anymore.

Great Costco location. Gas always does have that Costco classic line but it moves.
Wish it wasn’t so close to parking because it gets tight. When shopping I always find a spot but sometimes it takes longer than it should to find one and have to park far far away (busy times on like a weekend).

They are a great Costco and carry a variety of things. Parking lot can be pretty crazy and so can the fuel pumps. Take a lot a patience with you when you go. This store is good about having plenty of registers open.

Decent Warehouse store, but traffic a real pain getting in and out. I enjoy the hot dogs!
