Well stocked and mostly nice staff. Longer hours would be great. Also online list of in-store only for big sale items like prime tenderloin and prime rib which are not listed online so I have to call the meat department to find out. Same with clearance. Love Costco!

While I do love this Costco (I come here all the time) this review was sparked by an interaction with Parker B at the AT&T stand. He was super nice, wasn't pushy at all and knew exactly what he was talking about. He was able to save me money and get me connected to a new iPhone. Couldn't be happier, Thanks so much Parker!

I don't have a problem with this store's employees. It's the other customers that irritate me. There's those that walk around like Zombies and the rest are rude as Hell.

The rotisserie chicken at this location seems to consistently have a strange aftertaste, maybe from over cleaner or being overdone.

For a company this "exclusive", they should look to their own workers and their bedside manner. As loyal customers for over 15 years who have never abused their policy and spend money weekly here, I've never been treated so terribly at a store. Recently changed policy to embarrass customers in front of a checkout line. For a company this greedy you would think they wouldn't refuse a purchase. Membership services spoke in demeaning language. I'm embarrassed my family has wasted so many dollars and years as patrons.

I needed to get some important medications filled here, they had to order one of them no big deal since it should order by the time I run out. I'm assured they should have it Monday. Monday rolls around and I try calling and the lady who answers says she can't find anything and to call back in an hour. I call right back and get someone else named Leah, who is able to find one of my prescriptions and says the other prescription "didn't come today, I don't have an explanation why, if you want I can try to reorder it for tomorrow". What was going to happen if I hadn't called back? When I tried to explain the importance of getting the medication within a week Leah just quickly said "ok we will get it reordered hopefully by tomorrow have a nice night" and then hung up. Very rude and unprofessional.

If you want to have attitude thrown at you and being judged, then come to this Costco. Every time I've come in here theres attitude being thrown, not a single associate around to help me locate things. Rude when I approach them in checkout asking for this item. And don't even get me started on the people who work at the food court. I paid for 2 hot dogs they wanted to get me 1 because they take 8 minutes to cook. They weren't closing. They weren't busy by any means.

I’ve had a good experience at this pharmacy. They answer the phone quickly, fill quickly, and the line is fast when you go in. They also will give member discounts when prescriptions are expensive. There is one associate that is slightly less pleasant & seems unhappy but the rest are always smiling and helpful!

Today is June 28 wed at 3:50 pm worst customer service! I waited in member service and received rude customer support. I paid $60 to renew and got eggs and waited in line maybe 15 min only to get a block after paying for my eggs. Cashier called manager to release my hold because I just paid $60 to renew. I stood there for 30 mins watching this manager help another man who checked out after me. She was suppose to return and she forgot. I don't Recall the name on her badge . But she is young Caucasian and has short light brown hair. I use to think that it would be cool to work at Costco . But after todays awful experience I've learned that member services may be burnt out or managers are poorly trained with time management.

I liken the hawkers at Costco for AT&T or Solar Panels to someone knocking on my door to sell me something in a gated community. I am paying to be here, can we ease up on the solicitation in my private space. If I want a product, I will take a look at it but stop harassing me inside Costco when I am shopping.

They always have my orders correct and ready when needed. They are flexible when I want to use my good rx coupons to save money as well. I even fill my dog's prescriptions here. Thank you!

Costco must treat their employees right because they are on a better level than the others. FAR more efficient and for the most part they are extra courteous as well. They literally have my RX ready in 30 minutes or less everytime. Several of the others- take DAYS. Thanks Costco
