I came in with a pretty intense finger injury, where it got snapped closed on by a table leg. It was pretty disfigured and gnarly. My workplace has a doctor on site who sent me to this location to get an x-ray. The director that was there, I don't remember her official title, just her badge said something director, was very abrasive and unwelcoming. I informed her that I had an order for an X-ray for my job, and she said "well that's not how it works", at which point I had to explain that my job has a doctor on site, to which she begrudgingly accepted me in. I was in a lot of pain and just did not feel welcomed by her. However, The receptionist and the girl that took my X-ray were both very kind and conversational with me which made me feel a lot better.

It took 6 hours to complete a physical, a drug screen and work fit. The doctor was very unprofessional, I explained my medical history 4 times even though it was on the paperwork in front of her. She ignored everything I told her because “your blood pressure is high”!

I was shocked by the level of care my husband received at this office. He was in excruciating pain and after sitting in their office for two hours, we were told to go to the ER. No one seems to care here. We called for guidance on a work comp matter and the receptionist there put my husband on hold twice and picked up the line oblivious to the fact that she was helping us. We transferred to another location in hopes of better care.

I was sent to Concentra for an x-ray. There was no technician onsite, so I was directed to another location from Denver to Littleton.I asked for an x-ray, I was asked why. I had to get records sent over, verbal approval after records were sent, forms filled out and then online forms filled out and later, after 2 hours, more forms.I had not eaten breakfast, so I filled out the last form and informed the receptionist that I had to leave.This was on Friday. I returned first thing on Monday. Things went better. The lady giving me a hard time was not there. I was seen within 30 minutes. X-ray done very fast.It was 40⁰ outside and a fan was running in the lobby.The lobby is not that clean and it was hard to find the location. Nearly impossible for GPS.The receptionist did her job and the final technician was good.

I would choose a stranger on the bus to treat me before this office . Two hour wait times . People come in after you go in before you. Front desk staff can be snippy. Honestly hit the hospital up the road save yourself the trouble

I waited for almost 2 hours to be seen by anyone. The nurse that drew blood from my arm, severely bruised me.. and I have not received the results from my UA scan as if yet.

I came here for a pre-employment drug screening, and it went well for the most part. The man with the red hair was very friendly and respectful! My only request for the company is to allow a nickname on file to grant transgender patients more dignity in such a sensitive medical environment

Called to confirm they could see me and was told they would. After being dropped off, because I couldn't drive, I was then told by the same guy and doctor I spoke with on the phone, that they wouldn't see me, leaving me stranded there for an hour and a half. This clinic obviously has no idea what they are doing, and I wouldn't trust any of their medical advice.

I’m only giving 3 stars because the staff were friendly. I had an appointment scheduled as part of my new hire process but it was basically irrelevant. I sat for an hour and 45 minutes before I was called back and all the walk ins were taken ahead of my scheduled appointment. I brought proof of my vaccinations and it was not looked at.

This facility is the worst Concentra I have visited thus far. I was sent for a urine analysis, I spent 2.5 hours in the waiting room, while patients who came in after me, were seen. They had me not fill out any paperwork as normal, until they were ready to give me the test. I feel this is unacceptable, unprofessional. A urine analysis takes less than 15 minutes, 2.5 hours waiting was wrong.Thank you

I got a vasectomy in half the time it took me to take a drug test. The office wasn't busy either. It was me and one maybe two other people in the room.
