As the only salesman in the department Jake did a great job of asking clients if they needed help and checking in on multiple people. When we picked a fridge the whole process to check out and go over the different options offered was very efficient and informative.It had been many years since I had last shopped at Best Buy and the variety, layout and customer service was very impressive. The deep knowledge of their Magnolia team members and ability to fully customize a solution for us closed the deal.It was a fairly large job, requiring 4 full days of installation by a four-man team. The technicians could not have been more professional (and these guys 'worked clean') or accommodating, seeking our approval prior to finalizing each item's installation. The finished project is absolutely gorgeous, and we are in love with our theater systems and ability to listen to music from our phones) anywhere in the house, inside or out back.These folks are quite customer-centric and I highly recommend the Best Buy/Magnolia team for your A/V needs. You also get the comfort of a sizeable company standing behind the project (product and labor) should you encounter problems.You won't be disappointed.”

They checked me in quickly, saw a specialist who explained everything to me. He told me to come back in an hour to pick up my phone. I went back in an hour and it was repaired and worked perfectly.
