Very disappointing and questionable business practices! I signed up for a Founder's membership at $23, which I was told would be a lifetime rate. However, within just three months, my rate more than doubled without any written notification. Even worse, I learned employees are pressured to meet membership quotas each month to keep their jobs.
The tipping point for me was when a faulty piece of their equipment broke my car's passenger mirror. The employee who was there at the time was very kind and apologetic, but when I spoke with the manager, they tried to gaslight me into believing the mirror wasn’t broken at all. After looking into their reputation further, I found several complaints on the BBB website detailing many similar and even worse issues. I would strongly recommend avoiding this business.

WARNING! The track on the car wash is broken at the very end where it dries the car. I nearly ran into the car in front of me and applied my break until they moved. My car actually started moving backward before I put it into drive.
The first time it happened I thought it was a fluke. The second time it happened I said some thing and was told that it “just happens with particular cars”, which sounded a bit suspicious. The third time it happened, today, I let them know and was told that it’s broken and needs to be repaired. And that the owner has been told but still hasn’t gotten the part to repair it. The mechanism to avoid pile ups only helps so much if the person trying to get out of the car wash panics and accidentally puts their car in reverse. Just saying.
Hopefully having posted something publicly will make the owners aware that they will probably be responsible if someone does get into an accident. Or better yet so they repair it soon. I’ve gone to this car wash almost exclusively for several years even though it wasn’t the closest one to my home. Giving them one more chance before I move on unfortunately. Thanks!

I was highly disappointed that they decided to not have a car mat cleaning station. corporate decision. Nothing to replace it either! not the full service wash I thought and I am rethinking my options

Other than my car collecting little blue tufts of wash brushes every visit, the wash is excellent. Affordable monthly plan also.

Probably the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. I pulled up and the girl was on her phone. She came over with headphones in and didn’t hear what I said. I paid for a $23 platinum wash. I was in and out in less than 25 seconds everything was dribbled onto my car and nothing got cleaned. The vacuums have absolutely no suction and I gave up trying. Waste of my money and time. Had to go to a different car wash. No idea how this place gets good reviews honestly. Do not recommend!

Love these guys
They always make sure the front of my car is sprayed off well and I always have damp towels available to wipe off.
I haven’t tried it, but they’re all over town and I guess my membership works everywhere…

I just canceled my monthly membership here after almost a year! The wash used to clean my car better, but lately it isn't doing a great job! The wash is super hard on your car too. I've lost 2 wiper blades in it as well and neither was recovered. When I brought it up to them, they said it's not uncommon to have that happen and they would look and contact me at the end of the night and never did. I'm going to assume they didn't find it, but would have appreciated a follow up call either way. Overall the staff is friendly which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but not a great wash and hard on your car. Touchless is the way to go I think.

Terrible. The staff tried to do their best (allowed a second pass through the wash) but this car wash is not effective and it broke both my windshield wipers. On the first pass, it was obvious the car was not completely clean. The young staff member said "the dirt was caked on". Yes, young man that occurs! Apparently, the grime was not removed from the front of my 4Runner because it was dried on. Standard road grime agglomerated onto the grille from driving back from the mountains when the roads were slushy. Any effective car wash should be engineered to remove this; the car wash I typically use in Lakewood does, perhaps because it's touchless. The larger issue was the wash damaged both my windshield wipers. That's never happened in any other car wash, never. Cost to replace both wipers at nearby Toy Automotive = $27.00. Even after a second run through the wash my vehicle was still not completely clean. Extremely disappointed. My advice, avoid this car wash and find one that uses touchless technology, you may get a cleaner vehicle and one that is not damaged.

Didn’t very thoroughly clean my car at all. The vacuums are extremely weak. We moved to this area and had to cancel our subscription at the Take 5 in Highlands Ranch but I feel we will just start driving there anyways as it’s a better wash and also they provide armor all and window cleaner with rags for free…

Do not sign up for their automatic credit card payment (club). I've tried now twice to cancel it and then continue to bill me monthly. That is wrong.
