Just a shout out to #103 Cobblestone Car Wash to the gal her name was Valerie and she was super nice, helpful, polite, and great in customer sevice. She also gets 150 Trillion bonus points. It was so nice to have a very happy & just a super customer service person to make the experience such a treat. Keep up the excellent job!

UPDATED REVIEW
I initially joined Cobblestone and wanted the cheapest unlimited plan available, however that wasn't done and I was charged for the most expensive plan.
Cobblestone was kind enough to give me a few months of the higher priced plan for the lowest priced plan and even another month or two free, so they definitely made up for it and apologized profusely.
Overall, they took a bad situation and made it good. Thanks Cobblestone!
ORIGINAL REVIEW
I joined the unlimited plan with Cobblestone here and wanted the cheapest Polish and Shine wash, yet I have been charged for the Carnauba Wax Wash for $35 since I joined more than six months ago. Additionally, my credit card that I joined with was compromised , so instead of contacting me to my new information, they simply charged me full price each time I went through the wash--a whopping $20/time.
So, I haven't checked my credit card statement in a while, but I'm thinking they owe me quite a bit of money! Now, I do enjoy having a clean car and their membership prices are definitely the cheapest, but I'm not thrilled with their customer service thus far.

This car wash is a huge scam. I went once to get a car wash. I did not sign up for any membership and only wanted a single wash. Ever since I have been being charged monthly despite many attempts on my part to "cancel" a membership I never agreed to. I have tried calling and going in person. None of it matters they just keep charging me despite being told I wouldn't be. It got to the point I asked my bank to block the charges as fraud. They were able to block the charges but cobblestone pushed the charges through more times until it eventually went through. Then this month they charged more than previous months! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Best car wash hands down. I’m a bit of a car wash snob and this car wash always gets my car at the cleanest. Bond The general manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to chat with.

Daniel the "Manager" is destroying your business. He has personally declined to wash my vehicle that is on a monthly plan and has been for almost a year, until he came around. No issues ever. Or with their competitor Take 5 care wash for the previous 4years. I have a bumper with a spare tire, like a jeep and off road vehicles. Other Cobblestone carwashes handle this fine but somehow Daniel has a problem with it. He was rude when he told me to leave even though I spoke with customer service and they said there were NO restrictions given my setup. I called customer service while in the facility today and Daniel insisted I leave or he'd call the cops. My vehicle had entered into the wash and the nice lady had sprayed my vehicle with the initial soap and the machine started to cover my front end Hood/fenders with soap and was told to pull out. I told Daniel I needed to get the soap off my vehicle and he refused saying he would not touch my vehicle. I wanted to work this out with him and corporate at the same time, he refused, ran to the back and called the police. I was able to get my vehice washed at another Cobblestone without harassment or incident but now my vehicle has marks on the paint from the soap. I contacted a "sales manager" in another state who refused to give me the district Managers information but said he would pass it on. It has been two days and nothing. I contacted customer service regarding the damage and they said I needed to go back to the facility to have them inspect the vehicle, fil out forms and have pictures taken. I was apprehensive given my last visit and explained that I would like a different Manager there and she said she had no control over it. I went after work and the nice guy working there pulled out his cell phone, took my name and number and said the manager would call me. Two days and still no word.
I will be contacting BBB and filing a complaint. Looks like Cobblestone auto spas have an "F" rating according to Denver 7 news. Just learned this.
Cobblestone is letting ONE person ruin their business at this facility. Sad.
Over a week has passed and no call, no email, nothing. But!!!!! They did charge me again for another month of service which I'm not allowed to use. Awesome.

Pay for a membership every month. Finish the wash & almost finished with the vacuum…And they turn them off. There were still 3 other cars finishing up on site & it hits 8pm & they shut the vacuums OFF!? They’re still there, mopping & closing!!! So why can’t we just FINISH VACUUMING!??? Soo frustrating when you’re soo close!

By far the worst cobblestone I've been to. The employee was too involved with something to spray off my car at the start, the wash cycle/ brushes started late, and the sprayers didn't start spraying the soap off of my car until I was already halfway in the dryer. There were still bird droppings on my car after the wash and with the dried soap, it looked worse than when it went into the wash.

Don't normally come to this particular Car Wash but I have to say very pleased with the help that I got from Jazzy who helped me. I paid for an $18 Car Wash but got the cheapest one so didn't do a very good job went back to the line and Jazzy explain to me what could have happened and then helped me out and made sure that I got exactly what I paid for I will come back here because of Jazzy and I probably will sign up for membership closer to my house.
Bonus...they Supply towels to dry off and detail your car!!
