Very rude about “the rules” called my dresses “formal “ (which they don’t take) when they were must nice dresses. Very condescending. You run a used clothing store it’s not Bloomingdale’s ladies.

My favorite place to spend a Saturday (or any day) to grab the best thrift finds ever! Everything you're looking for from boots to high quality/designer purses to Sundance clothing and jewelry- I always find something fantastic! I love the staff & always get a friendly greeting. Thanks so much for being my go to for shopping!

Not a fan of this store, the employees, or the method in which they choose clothes. Everything in the store is ugly. I wouldn't shop there, it sell my clothes to them.

Dropped off 20 items of clothing, many with tags, all relatively nice brands. Held my clothes for 24 hours, and didn’t take anything . Unless you have high end name brands, don’t bother.

Carrie was amazing. I just wrote a review - and Carrie helped me. Unfortunately, I called her "Kathy"! Uugghh. I apologize Carrie! She, as WELL AS the other 2 associates that were present, were attentive, friendly, and efficient. Just a terrific experience. Carrie made an error and discovered she owed me more money. She contacted me after I had left- and told me to return for extra cash. That was a special treat, and an awesome demonstration of excellent customer service. Thank you!

I've been shopping here for over 5 years and it's a great place to shop. Most recently I was able to down size my overwhelming purse collection and earn enough in store credit to buy a luxury bag I've always dreamed of.

This Clothes Mentor is fantastic! Not only are the clothes high quality with many famous labels and lots even new, but the staff is so kind and easy to get along with. I have been going here for over 10 years and have only been treated with the greatest care and have had great service. I highly recommend the store and their staff.

Service - not great, they seem to have a bit of an attitude. My statement appears to be validated by previous Yelp opinions. One of my drops was a pair of slacks, currently on sale in the store I purchased, Clothes Mentor refused them????? Recently dropped off a number of clothing items, all from a upper end women's store. One of the items they declined is on sale in the store for $129!!! Jewelry declined - very popular!! As luck would have it I work for the at the women's store. Obviously won't be back. Hope Clothes Mentor reevaluates their procedures, specially their employees attitude!

My daughters and I went into this amazing store a few weeks ago and I just have to say hope beautiful it is very well organized and Jennie was very helpful my daughters felt very comfortable and she helped us pick out so many different things…. Thank you so much !!!!!

I love this store. Jenny the manager is great. I pick up orders there at least twice a month. I love the clothing and the return policies are great.
