Pizza is greasy. It's not great but most kids will eat it. Costs about $45 for a family of 4 for food and games. It is kept clean and kids (up to 6 or so?) love the place. Not the best for older kids though.Update (Apr2023): They did a refurb since last post. They removed a crawl area and it felt opened up. Bought the Mega Fun Package added on a cake and some pizzas and was around $400 for about 12 kids. Completely worth it. You get unlimited arcade for 2 hours which was a good amount of time. Pizza I think is out sourced now and is better. Also came with custom cake and dippin dots. All of the kids (ages 3-9) had a blast. I would highly recommend. The staff did great even though they were increadibly busy.

Just stopped to see how Chuck E Cheese has held up over the years. A lot of space for birthday parties and a giant screen playing songs and a new trampoline area. We were even surprised when we saw they still have a "real" Chuck E Cheese that comes out to say hi to the kids and dance to a song. Did not try the food but they have a lot of options and lots of arcade games. Our son is 11 months and he was able to ride the little cars, there was about 5 different ones and a cute carrousel, but that's about all they had for him. We got 30 points and we still had alot left over for the next time we go. Overall glad he was able to do some stuff but definitely more for older kids. We all still had fun and will be back.

What can I say about this location. At first it was a rough start as the employees the night before did not notify Janessa that they had an early VIP party, so we waiting a little bit for doors to open. I can’t express how well she got out party going so quickly after realizing a party was there. Both her and Liz were fantastic and I can’t express my gratitude for them both. They really deserve so much more than a review as they made sure not only our birthday boy but our whole party we taken care and still had an amazing time.To Janessa and Liz you two rock and we truly do appreciate everything you guys did to get our party going under the circumstances you both were thrown into Sunday Morning. We would be back again just for these two!!

Very nice facility, friendly staff and on a Saturday afternoon everything was clean and nice. My only complaint was that nobody was present to stamp our hands when we arrived. Upon leaving nobody verified that the child we were leaving with was ours

I was there with my grandson and it took 20+ minutes to check in. There was one lovely young lady Tori doing the work of Three! On a rare occasion others would come and help but mostly it was this young lady who checked people in, dispense gifts and make cotton candy all by herself! Her salary should be tripled since she was doing the work of Three!

I want to give special thanks to Tori B. She was very patient, pleasant and joyful. My grandkids can get pretty rowdy and she handled them with such grace. We will definitely be coming back to visit. It was such great customer service.

March 19th , 2024 We dined in and bought play time for our 2 granddaughters $77.00 for 30 min. playtime and 1 plain pizza and 4 drinks. Pretty steep. Not enough people working to take care of customers. One bright spot was a young lady named Tori, she was working hard to take care of everyone. She was kind and patient and was doing more than her share of helping customers. Thank you Tori! Chuck E Cheese is lucky to have you.Kid-friendliness: Based on our experience it is a KId Friendly zone.

The “new and improved CEC is awesome. This is our 1st time back since COVID and honestly, I was nervous. The structure is still the same but the games have been upgraded and the food was great. Can’t say I saw any extra sanitizing precautions but all in all we had a great time.

We’ve been coming to this location about once a month for the past 2 years and the new manager, Janessa, is a much needed breath of fresh air! She was friendly, helpful, kind, and genuinely went out of her way to make our daughter’s 3rd birthday memorable. She made sure Chuck E. was out multiple times singing “Happy Birthday”, dancing, and taking pictures with the kids. Janessa was proactive about giving us the heads up about our food timing, when Chuck E. would be out, when they sing “Happy Birthday”, and went out of her way to help our birthday girl have the best time. On top of that, the place was so clean! Janessa was consistently checking on guests, helping coach her young staff, and patiently helping kids pick their prizes. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this level of customer service at this location or any kids play place. Thank you to Janessa and the rest of the genuinely kind staff at Lone Tree Chuck E. Cheese. We will definitely be back!

I was greeted by young lady I think was named Tori and she was very helpful with my kids and I noticed she also did well with the Chucky outfit it was a pleasure meeting you Tori thank you for all your assistance and as well as the other girls that work there I recommend this place to anyone with a child and loved coming we will be returning soon

Janessa, the manager set us up GOOD!!! my girlfriend Ola is from Poland and never got to see a chuckeecheese, so half a hour before close we decide to stop in. Little did I know this was the date night of the century, we played games, danced with Chucky, mr Cheese himself, and got a BOATLOAD of goodies from the staff. They treat us like family in there. Amazing time, lots of fun. I’m in my 20s and this was better than any other bar kids my age are crawling into lol. I DO RECOMMEND TO ANY FAMILY THIS PLACE IS WHERE ITS AT!!!
