Came here to change my last name on all my accounts due to me getting married and I had the most pleasant appointment with Jonas Campbell. Jonas, you are a bright light! He helped make this tedious process such a seamless process. He asked all the right questions even called the day prior to my appointment to make sure I knew exactly what to bring and was a great conversationalist. Jonas even helped me take care of some over draft charges on my business account that I thought I had taken care of. GREAT attention to detail. Thank you Jonas for all your hard work behind the scenes and I hope your hard work doesn’t go unrecognized!

I’ve banked with chase for over 10 years now and have been a very satisfied customer. I went into this location to have a document notarized, my experience was great, the location is very clean and newly renovated. I was greeted upon entering and assisted with all my needs quickly and kindly. I noticed multiple negative comments regarding the notary services, it specifically states on the website to call in advance to make sure notary services are available.

I don’t bank with Chase and thank god i dont, but this is a warning for those who are shopping - don’t choose Chase, dont trust them. This company wont take responsibility for not properly doing their job correctly. A hacker could access over customers accounts and the bank wont bat an eye. A secured bank should always help their customers, not leave them in hole. If Cooperate greed had a face, Chase Bank would be one for the books. I recommend Wells Fargo, UMB, Capital One…anything BUT Chase.

Absolutely do not waste your time going to this bank unless you’re using the ATM and don’t need to interact with a human. I came in with a paper that needed to be notarized from my lawyer for the home I was selling in another state. I was drilled by the woman who was the “notary” for the bank. She made me feel like I was committing fraud or something. It was a legal document from a lawyer - very straightforward. This woman was disgusting and judged me as if I was trying to get something by on her. She was slurring; sure she was on something. Don’t go to this woman if you have to go inside - she’s a 45+ woman with brown/gray hair. I was livid leaving as I wasted over 40 min inside this bank as she read the paperwork slowly and then said she needed to go in the back to “figure something out” then came back and had the actual nerve to tell me she couldn’t notarize, to go to UPS. Im a chase customer of over 10 years and this would had been free to do for chase customers. I hope this woman is fired from her job. For this nasty lady to judge me when she can’t even form a sentence properly - girl BYE… i was selling a house - something you’ll likely never be able to do in your lifetime. Congrats on being a notary at chase bank broke a$$.

I showed up with a check for a good amount teller said he can’t cash because there a limit so I called the client she came down and said there is no check cashing limit on her acct teller just saw a Mexican with a good size check and thought I was doing fraud maybe if I was a white guy with that same check there wouldn’t of been a problem

I dont have an account with Chase. A business wrote a check out to me for a small amount of $200. It is a JP Morgan Chase check. I figured Id swing in and cash it real quick at Chase. But because I dont have a Chase account, it was going to cost me $10 to cash a Chase bank check at a Chase bank location. I'm sorry but I felt like that was absurd. So much so that I wanted to leave a review. I mean cmon, $10 out of a $200 check just because I dont bank with Chase? I just cant figure it out. The teller couldnt either. We both just kind of stood there shocked. I guess it JP Chase's way of saying 'Dont really care about other's needs just ours'.

Great Local Chase Bank! Made an appointment with Jason for my 1st daughter for a High School Checking and Savings account. He made this initial process very manageable and easy. Made a 2nd appointment and took my 2nd daughter in for a High School Checking and Savings Account. Susy helped us this time. Again, super helpful, friendly and made it was easy setting up these accounts. Works great on phone, table or PC. Wonderful customer service at this branch! Thank you!

I have Chase and a online bank that has great budgeting software built in. But that bank doesn't do wire transfers or have youth accounts. I have Chase for youth accounts and to move money around with wires. I have been to this location a few times and have been really impressed with their service.

Came in to get a couple documents notarized. A 5 minute process. There were ZERO customers in the bank. Was told that I needed an appointment and could I come back at 4? Really?? Again there were no customers there at all. I have many accounts at chase and Jason has been trying to earn my Private Client business.... sorry to say he has lost that opportunity.
