I was so fortunate to have Pritesh Ravindran Patel work with me today. I have been having an issue that I couldn’t get solved since June 23.Pritesh didn’t give up. I walked out of his office with such gratitude for his professionalism. So many would have quit at a certain point but he didn’t! I want everyone to be aware of chases wonderful employee. I hope his boss that is in position to give him a raise will do so. Pritesh is the type of employee that a company would pray to employ. Thank you this Ken Carlyle is a wonderful bank.

I called to tell them I was going to be late - I was suppose to meet Pritesh Patel he called me right at the meeting time again told him I was going to be late then I arrived and he was working with someone else and the manager said that he didn't know I was coming... clearly horrible communication and they wouldn't even open my bank account because it was too close to their closing time. Waste of time and horrible customer service. Do better.

I needed help getting a cashiers check and had a picture of my photo ID and passport card since the airline lost my luggage when I was returning from a deployment. The man at the drive thru window was too eager to get back to flirting with his coworker that he said he couldn't help me without a physical copy of my lost drivers license and passport. When I asked if I was s*** out of luck he said I was. I am not a new customer to chase and the lack of help was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. He told me to go back to the one that "helped me last month". I just wanted to pay my rent. I will be switching banks thanks to this location.

The best part of this branch is that it is never very busy and we have never had to wait to see someone. There is a drive through atm and plenty of parking if you need to go inside. There is no entrance or exit from Kipling so if you haven't been here before it can be a little confusing to get to.

DON'T use this bank for business accounts!What a joke! Multiple issues but my#1 They froze the account and assets, claiming that a US Bank issued check (bill pay) was altered, with zero proof or even so much as a phone verification with US Bank (simple). The invoice matched the amount, along with the check stub.#2 - 11 day holds on checks. You better be counting on having other funds to purchase equipment. However, if you're a newer business relying on those deposited funds, good luck.Find a better Bank!

Not a huge fan of the bank itself but Stephanie Alvarado is an gem of a banker. Even though my interaction with her would not result in a sale (getting access to some business accounts online as a bookkeeper and some PoA stuff) she had stellar follow up and made me feel valued.If you need someone who will treat you as more than just a sale, choose Stephanie!

Super disappointed with Chase bank. They pulled two mortgage payments from my checking account which has left me overdrawn and they refused to do anything about it. Not the first time this has happened either. Customer service reps are extremely unhelpful and not willing to do anything at all to assist.
