Absolutely horrendous customer service. Went through the drive through and asked to close a bank account. They asked me to come inside to then tell me they wont allow me to close out a bank account (that has a monthly service fee) because I asked them at 1pm and they close at 2pm. That was their reasoning. I was told I could make an appointment - to close a bank account. I have a toddler that I try to not drag into places during the pandemic. I was invited inside the facility to be told I couldn’t close a bank account. Absolutely ridiculous and flustering.

It doesn’t matter whether I call for help, or drive up to the window. All of the employees here try to refer me to the 800 call center for questions about my account. I don’t want to speak to someone in a call center. Terrible customer service from another bank that is too big to fail.

The employees here only care about leaving as close to 6 as possible. I arrived and entered the bank at 5:59 due to working in Denver and dealing with traffic on the commute. At which point they initially said they would help me, and then told me that they had already performed their end of day functions, mind you it is now 6:00 on the dot. After a few moments of pretending to care and wanting to help, they said there was nothing they could do. I returned to my vehicle, trying to figure out how to solve my predicament, at which point in time I observed them leaving the branch by 6:09. Looks like it's time to find a new bank, the extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service provided.

One of the Bankers is a Notary which is very convenient. He does free Notaries for members doing business there. Great service. Nice people.

This is my favorite Chase location to bank at. It's a combination of the convenience (if you're in Roxborough, this is the place to bank) and the staff. There's not much employee turnover, so you'll get to know the people and they'll get to know you.

Great branch. Helpful and friendly staff that remembers your name. In my experience, they resolve banking issues quickly. Having my mortgage with Chase gives extra benefits like free notary service. Also, free coffee in lobby a plus when doing AM banking ;-)
