I've been a customer 18 years and always found the employees helpful until recently. Twice this month I went in with a problem and they refused to assist me. One barked at me up on entry, demanding to know if I had an appointment. I've never had to make an appointment to ask a question. Then before I can even state the problem - they are shoving an 800 number at me telling me to call. I'm standing right here? Why would I call somewhere else? I'm not sure if they are just lazy or don't know anything....I'm changing banks.

Friendly but not helpful/knowledgeable. Took over an hour to open an account, account was duplicated, was told wrong information to fix the problem. Eventually called Chase customer service who provided solution. Decreased trust to use this campus.

I’ve been a chase customer for a few years now and i went to this branch for some help with my account. Natasha was beyond helpful and super nice. She went above and beyond for me and my needs, answered all my questions and left me satisfied. This bank needs more tellers like Natasha!

I've been a Chase customer for a very long time. The little short snooty girl behind the counter needs to learn how to be professional and not have a attitude no matter the customer's ethnicity. If she doesn't like her job or something she needs to find another one.

I’ve only been with chase for a few months. This atm eats my cash EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. without depositing it to my account. I also keep getting fees on my accounts even though multiple staff members have reassured me this wouldn’t happen. It’s impossible to get through to anyone on the phone.

Horrible staff,useless atm, went to deposit some money and the atm ate 1k never went on to my account called customer service and had to wait 50 min to even get answered needed the money badly ruined my whole day

Well for starters this place isn't staffed with the nicest people on the planet. They're paranoid frightened and full of sin. Instead of accommodating a potential customer, they chose to shoot me out of the door like a common Vagabond or some undesirable. It's no wonder people like me long ago decided to Bank online with startups like chime or PayPal or cash app. So my suggestion to anyone who is considering banking with these people, his organization has gobbled up most of the silver in the world they have trillions of dollars do you think they care about your money or your feelings? Or that you have kids to feed at home or bills to pay? Or did you just walked 5 miles to cash this check that you were going to use to purchase a car so you can drive to and fro in this ungodly s i n driven place we called America? I pray for them. I'll pray for all of them. Not because I want them in heaven, but because I want to spare them the pain that they cause others. Because it has to stop, and it has to stop somehow.

We were with Chase for over a decade for both our business and personal accounts. Recently we switched to First Bank due to Chase adding fees to our accounts that were given fee-free status years ago. As much as I don't agree with how Chase's upper manager is running the company, the people at this Littleton branch have been wonderful. We've had numerous friendly and helpful encounters by most, if not all, everyone there. Manager JR and Senior manager Mike have gone the extra mile for us. This also includes former manager Tiffany. Great people to work with.

I have a friend who has banked there for 12 years. Yesterday he went in to do a transaction and needed the restroom badly. When he asked he was told there was no public restroom. He is a costumer not someone off the street. He is a military veteran who faught for our rights and this is how they treat our veterans. They told him to walk about 12 blocks to 711. My poor friend was unable to make it there. What do bank tellers do when they have to go to the bathroom. I am sorry if this is how they treat veterans i am staying away from this bank.

Funny you've been with the bank for decades you pay off your amounts here and there and they keep lowering your credit ?? I guess they don't want a relationship With long-standing members paying off the remainder -getting out of Chase- worst establishment
