We bought flooring here in April, 2024. In October, (6 months later) the sales person tells us we didn't pay for the carpet in full. She was given the card but for some reason never ran it. The manager called us a thief, never apologized and tried to overcharge us 400.00. I wouldn't recommend the highlands ranch store to anyone!

Andrew Coles, our salesman was excellent! Just the right amount of encouragement, but we never felt pressured. He also understood that our “match” was tricky and helped us toward some colors, etc., that helped. He even brought samples by our house-TWICE!!!
After we ordered the carpet it came within the expected time frame. The installers weren’t quite as professional, however, but the end result was excellent. We live our carpet and our “new” room!

From the moment we walked into Carpet Mill to when the carpet was installed, Tyler was attentive, knowledgable, and really helped to make replacing 2600 ft of carpet a breeze. Highly recommend Carpet Mill. Thank you for a great experience.

I spent literally 10 minutes in the store and made a purchase.
I needed to color match a carpet. The salesman came over, matched it immediately, I signed the paperwork, and was out.
A landlord's dream.

After shopping around, tried Carpet Mill and got a great deal and fantastic service. Tyler was exceptionally helpful and helped us narrow down from the massive range of carpet. Excellent quality carpet at a much cheaper price than anticipated. Tyler worked out an install date which was kept with no problem. Installers were prompt, professional and the finished job was excellent. Highly recommend checking Tyler and the team at Carpet Mill out when shopping for carpet.

Update: Carpet Mill did refund my money.
WARNING - To sum it up, THEY missed 2 appointments, THEY were unable to perform the installation within a week like I was lead to believe and now THEY are threatening me even though they have my money AND they have the carpet AND they never showed up to do the installation twice AND are refusing to refund my deposit.
I'm not sure how they have 4.4 stars. I ordered carpet and had 2 appointments for them to install. First appointment was a no show, no call. The sales rep, Andrew, had no idea they did not show up until I called him. Turns out the carpet was not in. Set a 2nd appointment. Again, no show no call. Again, Andrew had no idea what was going on. I was home all morning waiting for them again. I told Andrew after the 1st incident that if they don't show up on the 2nd appointment I am going to cancel. The only reason I took this route was because Andrew said that it can be installed within a week from ordering. Order was placed on 7/25. Second appointment was for 8/20/24. That is not a wee that’s almost an entire month. If I had known it was going to take a month and still not have it installed, I would have taken a different route.
Now they are telling me I'm not getting a refund because it was a special order. The first time there was any mention of special order was when the store manager called. At no point during any of our conversations nor after me telling Andrew I am going to cancel if they don't show up was I told that this was a special order and I'm not going to get a refund. I did notice after searching my purchase order that there is a small box marked SO. Again, at no point did Andrew mention this was going to be a special order before I signed the agreement unaware of what the small box marked SO stood for.
Now they are threatening to put a lien on my house even though they already have a deposit from me that they are refusing to refund and they have the carpet.
This is not anyone who I would ever do business with. You have been warned.

From the store to the installment everyone was professional helped with our questions and picking out our carpet and on the day of installation the men arrived and got right to work. Kept us informed of things as they progressed and did a fabulous job. One little area needed some follow-up work but they got right on it to get it scheduled.

Carpet Mill Outlet Store has been SO helpful, courteous, and accommodating! I’ve been ill and they worked with MY schedule and brought samples to me several times. They gave me their expert knowledge, information, and a great value!
And they can help with my whole house! Various flooring and rugs. Saves me so much time. Yea!!!
I highly recommend them! Believe me!

The carpet we got is horrible (granted we chose something “cheap” because we don’t intend to live at our house long term). I really regret using this company. Their installers were horrible too, just no accountability. There was a huge gap between the old and new carpet. After they spent 4 hours putting in the carpet without us seeing it bc we were in the basement the entire time, the installer walked us through it and said “hey it’s not our fault. Signature please”
Someone at any point during the process (at purchase, at installation) should have advised us on how to avoid it regardless. We had to hire someone else to help fix it as best as he could. Plus, carpet is already VERY matted down after only ~6mo.
Really regret spending $4-5k with this store. Spend your money somewhere else

Carpet Mill Outlet Highlands Ranch is by far the best local carpet store I have ever been to, sales Andrew and Mike are super friendly, very knowledgeable and professional, I have sent my clients to the store and they were all very pleased.
My Clients really enjoyed working with Andrew who was able to get to their houses the same day with samples. He was patient and communicated well during the whole process, he gave my clients valuable advises on materials and color match, his good taste on interior design made their decisions much easier. He made sure everything was in place and really tried hard to fit my clients' busy schedule, they are super happy with their flooring and very thankful to Andrew's hard work and their great installers. I will definitely refer all my clients to Carpet Mill. :)

The salesman I talked to was very nice at the time that I was buying the carpet. Little did I know that he was supposed to have given me a pamphlet or booklet to let me know what I should do to prepare for the carpet install. The install in my opinion was a disaster. I didn’t realize that they didn’t wear booties to keep the carpet clean and fresh. They tracked whatever was outside inside onto my new carpet. Back-and-forth back-and-forth. I wanted to be the first one to walk on my carpet and I wasn’t which didn’t sit well with me. Also, one of the people on the install, team used his foot/shoe to push one of the drawers of my dresser in when it was falling out as they were moving it instead of using his hand. I was livid and I let him know it. They also deposited my bedding onto my bathroom floor. They could’ve asked me where to put it, but they just put it on the floor. Had I gotten the booklet I would’ve known to take the bedding off the bed. All I can hope for now is that they did a good job installing the carpet and that it lasts for years to come.
